Here you will have the entire house/grounds to yourself with a secure privacy fence, enclosing a quarter acre area. Located in a cozy cul-de-sac, in a quiet, family neighborhood. Wooded, half-acre lot. Ocean waves may, at times, be heard from the back deck. Tributaries to the intracoastal waterway can be seen from a .1m walk, and a marina is a quick jog or walk (.9 mile) away.

This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.
