BOOK THIS PLACE !!! I cannot express how impressed I am with this location. Apart from the amazingly accessible location , this home was fully stocked with any & all items/amenities you could possibly need. My family and I travel frequently & this home has definitely made our top 5 list ! Walking distance to the beach ( because with a toddler it is NOT easy ) , peaceful neighborhood , cozy environment & amazing amenities. If this is what you’re looking for then this is the one. We felt right at home in this beautiful comfy house and we’re so grateful for our host’s flexibility & welcoming spirits. We will definitely be back !! 10/10 I definitely recommend.

We had a great stay here! Super close to the beach and everything Daytona/Port Orange has to offer. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with as well. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Tobin was easy to get in touch with and addressed any questions in a timely manner. The house was comfortable and very spacious. Convenient location.

The house is so beauitful, clean and tastefully decorated. It was well lit which was a huge help since our flight arrived after dark. The neighborhood is well maintained, minutes to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Laurie’s bungalow was extremely clean! I really enjoyed the stay. It was a quiet and well kept neighborhood. Laurie was also so kind to let us check in early and was very responsive when I had a question .

Peter's home is beautiful and he is a warm welcoming host. The upstairs bedrooms and amenities were exactly as described, and exactly what we needed for our weekend visit to family in the area. We were blessed to have found this gem and will surely return in the future.

We had a great stay at Paula's place. She was very responsive to our questions and concerns, and even personally stopped by to drop off some supplies. Plenty of space for us and our two small dogs. Nice TVs in each bedroom, ceiling fans, cool AC, nicely stocked kitchen. Location was also outstanding. We would certainly stay again.

My husband and I stayed for a wedding we were attending nearby. The studio was the perfect size for our two-night stay, and we enjoyed the pool and comfortable lounge areas around the home. I appreciated all the thoughtful details included, especially the coffee! We will be returning! Thank you!

Paul was amazing from the beginning all the way to the end. He even made sure that we were well taken care of once we arrived. Believe me if you forget something then he has it there for you to use. I would highly recommend staying here again. It was so nice and quiet. Thank you again, Paul!!!!

Our host was the best and made check-in and out easy!! We truly enjoyed our stay, the condo was super cute, had everything we needed and they even had beach chairs, beach towels and a buggy board to use. Big flat-screen TV, wifi and nice furniture on the balcony. The best part was it sits right on the beach with an ocean front view so all we had to do was come downstairs and there's the beach. Thank you for hosting us Mady, you were one of the best host we have had from Airbnb!! We will be visiting again!!

This place has a beautiful view. I loved waking up and seeing the ocean out the window. The room was nice and appeared to be recently updated. The pool overlooked the ocean and had nice little Tiki Bar. The property itself (like the elevator and hallways) could use some renovations but it appears those may he in process. The room does not have a lot of extras (supply wise) but for the price it is definitely fine. The host responded quickly when I needed assistance. I enjoyed my stay and the location of the property.

I had a lovely stay at Michelle’s Airbnb! The space was very nice, clean, and set in a beautiful location that made the whole experience extra relaxing. I also really appreciated Michelle’s patience and understanding when I woke up later than planned—she was kind and accommodating the whole way through. Highly recommend staying here!

I wanted a place between Orlando, DeLand, and the beach, and this was perfect! It was large and beautiful and clean! Just as described, easy, and a lovely place to land for some quiet time away!

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure check-in was smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the small touches like beach towels and chairs. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. A perfect beach escape!

The condo has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Only good things to say about this condo. We have been regular visitors to New Smyrna Beach over the years and this one may be our favorite condo we’ve stayed at. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. The condo is very inviting, the beach is fantastic, the pools are great, the bed and couch are very comfortable, the kitchen is very functional, the decor adds to the nice beach-y feel, towels and beach gear are more than adequate, clean, etc., etc. All good things.

Conrad was one of the best hosts I’ve had. He’s super helpful and available. The place was cozy with an ocean view. It was also quiet. Very clean. Great place to stay for a few nights at Daytona. The only tricky thing was the parking.

We have stayed in Julie’s place a couple times now and love it! She is a great hostess and is extremely responsive. We will be staying again in the future!!

Luke’s place is truly paradise in Daytona. It was our first time visiting the area and it truly did not disappoint. The view from the balcony of the Beach is fantastic , and the first thing you will notice when walking into the unit. The unit is well stocked and equipped to make the stay feel like home. Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, lots of linens and towels available and there is even beach chairs, toys & umbrella to get you all set up for a beach day! It is very spacious and perfect for a family getaway! Check in was a breeze and the office staff is very helpful and friendly! The location is fantastic, a bit away from the main strip of Daytona beach which makes it a bit quieter and feels more like a private beach, but it’s just a quick 5 minute drive to everything you need! We had a fantastic stay and would deffinetly visit again!

Place very clean, beautiful view from balcony. Very close to everywhere. Nice and quiet. Definitely recommend. Great for small families.

This unit/location was absolutely perfect for our anniversary getaway. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning & evening ‘chilaxin’ everyday and walking on the beach every morning. Just beautiful! Very comfy & cozy stay in amazing Daytona Beach Shores!
