Condo vacation rentals in Port Orange

An awesome place to stay. Right on the beach and there is plenty of beach chairs and beach toys provided in the condo. We forgot our toddlers sippy cups and there was a brand new pack provided in the cabinet! One of the best rental experiences I’ve had. Will be back!

From the time of check in, Naum treated us very friendly and was responsive to any questions we had. His place was just as he decribed it to be. And the views from our deck were beautiful. The sunrise every morning to start the day off right was great. His place was well stocked and included beach items and kitchen and bath items. Truly a great place to visit and we would definately go back. Thanks a bunch Naum for being a great host!

We just got home from the easiest beach vacation ever! Getting down to the beach was so easy that I didn’t mind if I had to go back and get something we forgot :) The sand is packed and is so easy to walk on! The pool was awesome and not crowded. We were the only ones in it most of the time. This section of beach is not crowded at all. If you look north up the beach you can see how crowded the other areas get. The rental was so nice and clean. We ate in most meals and it had all the kitchen items we needed. Our host was super informative and attentive. I usually want a new vacation spot for each one our family takes, but I could easily see us coming back to Sea Fern!

Our stay was wonderful and this condo is beautiful. Exactly as described and pictured. Probably even better. Bed are amazing ! Best part of a good stay is the beds and all 3 were 10/10. Loved the space, the view and the beautiful decor . I would recommend all day long and I would also return to the building and this condo. Easy parking, lots of great upgrades being done to the place. Pool super nice salt water and nice and warm. Lots of chairs to sit on and rented umbrella and loungers on the beach multi days. Loved that they provided beach chairs and boards from the common area for my son to use which made the waves even funner. Overall a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much

The location was cleaned and neat and had everything you could imagine located inside for a day at the beach. Regretfully, we could only stay for one day, but would love to stay here again.

The condo decor, floor plan, cleanliness, amenities, and views exceeded our expectations!! The beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrella were very convenient and helpful for our days on the beach. 10th floor location was quiet with breathtaking views. The condo building was very secure with passcodes required for access to the garage, main entrance, and from the beach. Outdoor balcony was larger than expected and comfortably fit four chairs and a side table. Our experience exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re already planning our next visit!

The place was exactly as described by the host — clean, cozy, and just a short walk to the ocean! That alone is a huge plus: no need to pay for beach parking, and if you forget something, it’s no big deal — the house is so close, you can just walk back and grab it.The price is a rare gem for this location, especially being so close to the water.This spot is also perfect if you’re planning to visit the Disney parks. After a full day of fun and crowds, coming back here to breathe in the ocean air and relax on the beach is pure bliss. One tip for families with kids: the condo has tile floors throughout, so it’s a good idea to bring non-slip socks or slippers to keep little ones safe. We’d gladly stay here again!

Loved the stay and the space was great and great location.

We stay in the same area for a yearly event at the Speedway and Melissa’s place is a great location to the downtown area and the speedway, will stay here again!

Marianela was amazing, we were able to meet her when we arrived and talked for a while. She was super responsive and told us some great recommendations for restaurants and what to do. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, will definitely stay here again if in NSB. Thank you for everything Marianela!

This Airbnb is perfect. Lukasz was a wonderful host and the residence was perfectly set up. The price was very reasonable and the thoughtfulness of our host was amazing! They had a whole book of info about the surrounding area and we definitely put it to use. Great communication regarding everything and very hospitable owners. Thank you and when we return to New Smyrna Beach we will always check to see if their condo is available first! Thank you Lukasz!

An adorable little place with absolutely everything that we needed. Had dish soaps, laundry soaps, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. I always hate getting to a place and then having to buy all of that stuff and not even put a dent in any of it. It was a relief that have a little bit of it all there!! The place was very clean and Jill was responsive! The only part that was terrible was trying to park in the spot in the garage! We had a small little car and it was awful trying to get into it. I can’t imagine having anything bigger!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anthony is a great host — very responsive and attentive! His Airbnb is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing small meals for the family, which was very convenient during our stay. The only challenge was that the building elevator was under maintenance, and the surrounding common areas are a bit run down — though this in no way reflects the quality of Anthony’s place itself. Inside, it’s a welcoming and cozy retreat. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. Isabell kept us up to date on construction going on and was flexible and easy to work with. The location was spectacular, easy to get to, beautiful views and nice amenities. We would definitely book again!

Just wrapped up a wonderful vacation at Pelican View! Having visited the Daytona area multiple times while my daughter was in college there, I can honestly say this is the best unit I've stayed in locally BY FAR. From the easy garage access to the pristine nature of the condo's interior, everything was just... easy. The hosts were phenomenal with their overall welcoming nature and quick response time when needed. As an added bonus, we quickly discovered Crabby Joe's Deck & Grill on the pier less than a 5 minute walk away! Many quick meals and tasty beverages were consumed at this convenient location on the pier. Finally, we had never stayed outside of the main strip of Daytona Beach and I much prefer this unit's Daytona Shores location: Overall it's much quieter, cleaner, and generally less of a tourist-trap feel. All in all, I would highly recommend Pelican View for anyone needing accommodation in this area and will certainly be back in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The place, although slightly dated, was clean, tastefully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Shelly was a great host. She was responsive to our questions or when we needed something.

Great location, great unit, and great hosts. I appreciated all the instructions, communication, and suggestions for restaurants while we stayed in Ormond Beach. I definitely would recommend James and Sonya and they supplied all the personal touches. Anything you might need to cook, make coffee, toiletries, etc. The Murphy bed was super comfortable and we slept very well at night. Our flight was delayed several times and I was in constant communication to let James k ow about our status and arrival. Very nice and happy to help us if needed.
