Incredible views from this super comfy condo! One of those places that immediately feels like home once you step inside. Super clean, very well decorated, and the location can’t be beat! Host was incredibly kind and thoughtful with a special request I had. 10/10 from me and my family!

Heidi’s place was amazing for my girlfriend and I’s vacation to Daytona Beach. it was minutes from the beach and there was so much to do right in the area. would definitely stay here again!

It is a great place to stay right next to the beach. A lot of great restaurants nearby. A very quiet apartment where you can enjoy mornings sipping coffee from the beautiful balcony. Only issue was the slow WiFi but that kept us outdoors for our 1 week stay. Great and responsive host with clear instructions. Would love to stay again next time. Cheers

The place was spotless and had a beautiful view. It looked exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive and friendly. The only downside was there is only one car allowed to park on-site and while there was parking in a lot across the street there were tow away signs, making it very risky to park if you have more than one vehicle. This spot is ideal for a couple or family traveling together. The airbnb was very clean, bed and pull out were comfortable, and it was super easy to access. It was affordable and worth the price.

everything was very clean and beautiful except a blood stain on the pillow but she mentioned she would hire a new cleaning team. There were no paper towels even though she said there would be BUT honestly those two things would not deter me from coming again as everything else was perfect. the area is great the beach is amazing love that we saw the sunrise through the windows.

Very responsive host! This place was so peaceful. The location was perfect. It's very close to restaurants and other stores(not walkable, but only a 5 min drive). Although, it was located in an older building, the building and grounds have been well kept and the place itself was spotless. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The wrap around balcony was huge. The pool was clean and it was never crowded. This place has tons of space for a nice size family. The oceanfront location is priceless. Im hard to impress, but this place did just that. This will be my go to place whenever I need a mini vacay. Thanks Thomas!

We had a great stay and the location is wonderful. Had a minor issue on check in night as the wrong instructions were sent but luckily someone answered the service line and we were able to get the correct instructions within 15 minutes. Elevators were always quick, and the place was clean. My kids have asked to come back next year!

Perfect beach access and the pool and tiki bar is just a perfect bonus (besides the bar closing at weird times but that’s not the host fault). We loved the room it was super easy to find, very clean, and smelled great! We definitely would recommend this BnB! Also great local restaurants like Jimmy hula’s and ocean deck!

I had a great stay! The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent—right in front of the beach, with beautiful views. The host was very responsible and attentive, always quick to respond and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

This condo had incredible views and was in the perfect location! We could pretty much walk to anything we needed. There were so many fun activities going on in the resort and we loved all the amenities! The pools were gorgeous and the grounds were well kept. I would definitely go back and stay here again and again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely. We really loved everything about our stay. The location was fantastic with easy access to the beach. The building and grounds were well maintained. The condo was tastefully decorated and SUPER clean. The beds and linens were very comfortable; towels were plentiful. The kitchen was very well equipped. The appliances were clean and we especially liked the filtered water and abundant ice in the fridge. We really enjoyed hanging out on the balcony. Everything was helpfully labelled (like the fans/ lights/ garbage disposal) and the directions for the gate, garage, and home entry were detailed and accurate. We would love to come back sometime. This location was perfect for us. The people who owned it were fantastic and super fast to help when we accidentally got ourselves locked out. But it was a great experience overall!

The Inlet at Minorca is a peaceful, beautiful retreat with great amenities. The condo looks just like the photos. You can tell our host is working hard to continue updating it to the highest potential. The provided binder was very helpful to understand the lay of the land. Local owners were very nice. We loved going out on our morning runs along the boardwalk, watching the surfers and fishermen along the inlet, and hitting up some of the local dining and entertainment spots. It’s a quick 40 min walk down the beach to Flagler Avenue, which gave us plenty to do on the cloudier, cooler days. We would not hesitate to book this again in the future. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great Views and very clean, quiet. We met Robert at the condo and he took time to show us everything. Great to work with.

Had a wonderful stay. The unit was comfortable and exactly as advertised. Convenient to Daytona Speedway and I-95, and close to Starlite Diner, a great old school diner for breakfast. Esther is a perfect host and easy to communicate with. In fact, I’m staying at another of her properties in February. I would definitely recommend.
