Situated directly on the beach, we have immediate and direct access to the sand. Please note, the building is strictly pet, smoke/vape-free, and there is a maximum allowance of two cars per unit. Minimum age is 21 to rent this unit, ID will be required prior to approval.

**Pirates Cove is currently under renovation- they working on the balconies on the north side of the building. The balcony work for my unit has already been completed and is open for use. The pool is closed. Ask me any questions about current conditions. Our condo is located on the beach in Daytona Beach Shores where "Life is Better". Centrally located on a quiet piece of sand in the Pirates Cove Hotel and Resort. It has an amazing view of the beach from the private balcony on the 6th floor.
