We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Lodge. The Lodge itself was exactly as it is pictured and exceeded our expectations. The views were incredible and we would love to come back and stay again. A truly lovely weekend break.

Everything about the accommodation was super. Comfortable and stylish bedrooms and living room. Well equipped kitchen and large utility space. Modern bathroom. Lovely sunny garden area. Pub and coffee shops within walking distance. Not much choice for eating out in Aberfoyle itself. Some good recommendations for further afield though. We catered for ourselves to avoid driving in the evening. Walking and other outdoor activities short drive away. Surrounding area absolutely stunning in every direction. We had a fabulous few days. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Had a fantastic nights stay here , very relaxed , bed super comfy loved the bath in bedroom , very nice touch with Prosecco would highly recommend and would stay again , thanks Ryan

The house exceeded our expectations. We had such a lovely time. Silvia gave us lots of helpful information regarding the house, what to do in the area, information on restaurants and more. I had great communication with Silvia and we even managed to arrange a later check out. We would love to stay again, thank you so much.

This was my second stay at The Big View Studio and hopefully not my last! It’s a fabulous place with calming decor, very peaceful, fab views, luxurious bed and great power shower. Moreen was a great host and very responsive. This is a wonderful place!

Our stay at the hut was amazing. The views of the Scottish countryside are stunning, and the property is peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Liberty’s husband greeted us and made us feel at home. The hut is well stocked, but what stood out is the attention to detail- from the design, to the finishes, to even the dishes, everything is not only adorable but functional. Our one year old loved seeing the animals, too! The directions make it easy to find. We would love to come back some day!

My son and I have been working 7 days a week since January and both needed a break! The cottage was absolutely perfect and just what was needed pity we had to go back to work as it would have been brilliant to have stayed for a few more days Dogs loved the break as well Will definitely return Thank you Alastair Best wishes Wendy

Stunning Timber Longhouse

We loved our stay! Christoph is very communicative, providing detailed instructions on how to get there and check in. He also provided some local recommendations and was very responsive. There was also a house manual upon arrival with key details. The house was lovely and spacious, equipped with everyday items. There is a fire pit and outdoor patio area with a table, chairs and benches and the view is stunning, looking onto Gare loch. All rooms are beautiful and the beds were really comfortable. The area is nice, you do need to drive to places for a shop or walks but everything you need is within a 10/15 minute drive. We brought our dogs along and they enjoyed it too. The garden is enclosed, with a few gaps where they could escape, however none of them did. Plenty of space to run around, both outdoors and indoors. Would recommend this stay, it's lovely and peaceful.
