Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Port Isaac

Probably the nicest place we have ever stayed! Deserves more than 5 stars. The location couldn't be better to get straight out to lots of beaches, bars etc. St Ives streets are small and traffic is restricted 930am to 4pm on the street but outside these times we found it easy to unload then booked a parking space 10 mins walk away on JustPark. The view has to be seen, it's even better than it looks... when people stop at the balcony for a picture you know it's the perfect spot - and we helped take a couple of pictures for them from above! The best thing was having a nice glass of wine on the armchairs with the windows open and listening to the waves and watching the change in tides. Spa bathroom was unreal as was everything really. Already looking at dates to come back! We also enjoyed Johns Wine Bar, The Host (had great live music), Mor Beach Cafe for morning rolls and James King for beautiful St Ives jewellery. Thanks again David we loved it all!

Lovely stay at Ems place. Ideal location to get to different areas of Cornwall and a 5 min walk from the shops. Really lovely views, a real treat to be able to look at the sea and at Michael’s mount when having breakfast. Very clean and great amenities. Em herself was very responsive, very friendly and super helpful. Great for the dogs too. Thanks!

We loved our stay here. Philippa was very helpful and had thought of everything, lots of untensils in the house as well as letting us know in advance what was provided so we could pack accordingly. There was also an extensive list of things to do, activities, restaurants etc even including things to do for rainy days. The house was very peaceful and private and a lovely place to stay with access to gorgeous scenery as well as multiple towns. Thank you very much!

Great communications from the host with some suggestions for walks/ days out and also responsive to queries. The accommodation itself is lovely and as per the photos. The real gem is the lovely waterfront view, especially enjoyed in the late afternoon sunshine. We liked Calstock and enjoyed the walk around the wetlands and to Cotehele and back and the mobile Pizza on Wednesday evenings is to be recommended. The Calstock ferry had just restarted and this would also be a nice way to head up to Cotehele and back once the schedule is fully established. Provisions need to be brought in from outside the village though, we found the Asda Express near Gunnislake pretty good for that.

A historic stone row home, with a light filled living room addition, and private and sunny outdoor area. Steep walk down to the last unit, which is slippery when wet. There is a leafy wooded pathway down to the Petersville Inn, with another spur towards the beach which accesses a cliff trail.

An amazing place to stay. Highly recommended! Spotlessly clean and loads of space. The welcome package was very much appreciated 🥂Loved the sun room to read a book and watch the sun set, whatever the weather. The local beach was peaceful and had a great bar overlooking it. Perfect beach for my children to have a surfing lesson too. Makes me want to live in Cornwall!

Lovely well-equipped cottage with pretty garden. Easy access to coast path, and walkable to great local pub and shop, and down to Boscastle harbour. The cottage suited us perfectly, we had 3 days of long hikes on coast path and inland paths, followed by relaxing in the garden, or a great soak in the bath-with-a-view! We loved the decor, and the location is stunning. What a great little holiday we had!

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

We had booked in for a very short stay of only two nights but we wish it had been longer, much longer. We cannot fault The Signal Box; everything to make a stay pleasant, convenient and enjoyable had been thought of. The exceptional view, the history of Luckett Station, the friendly sheep, the hot-tub, the superbly comfortable bed - all combined to make this an experience that we will remember for a long time to come. The entire property was beautifully kept, with immaculate gardens and a very high standard inside. The instructions for access on arrival to the property were clear and easy to follow and the business is obviously very well run. Definitely worth recommending to others and a return visit. Thank you for having us.

We really enjoyed staying here as a group of five adults and 1 toddler. Plenty of room for us all and having 2 bathrooms was really great. The cabin is comfy and cosy, with beautiful views of the Cornish countryside. We used the cabin as a base to explore Cornwall as it is located centrally within easy reach of many popular towns. We loved coming back to the cabin in the evening and using the hot tub and waking up to the very friendly alpacas! You do have to drive up a very narrow and steep lane to reach the cabin but we were lucky that the lane is very quiet and so we never met any oncoming traffic. We would absolutely recommend and would love to return one day.

We loved our trip to Goodleigh. The farm was beautiful, the stables were beautiful - the hot tub was a real treat. The kids loved the rope swing and we played many of the games. The place was just beautiful, the decor, location and comfy beds were perfect for our week away. We visited some lovely beaches (30 min drive tops), Combe Martin and Lynton/ Lynmouth were favourites of ours. We visited a recommended pub - The Black Venus Inn was amazing, food was great. A perfect week and would 100% recommend.

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

This is an amazing air bnb! We had a wonderful stay at Claire’s place. The place was exactly as described and the small touches like cold Prosecco in the fridge, hot water bottles and dressing gowns made it feel extra welcoming. The location is great, just a small walk to the beach and restaurants / pubs. Claire was extremely responsive host and we would defined stay here again if we came back to Perrenporth!

Great location, picturesque views, spacious living room and kitchen with all appliances, we also enjoyed sunny weather in the decking area. Good value for money. Overall, very pleased with the stay.

Myself, my partner Claire and our little Pooch had a fantastic stay. The premises was in walking distance to the Fistral Beach. The restaurant recommended at Sea Spray was well received, we enjoyed our Brunch before checking in. Our hosts were great, facilitated an earlier check in than advertised. Would highly recommend staying here, we only wished we had more time.

Absolutely fantastic, the yurts are well thought out extremely clean and beautiful. The scenery is breathtaking and calming. The amenities are brilliant having a 9 year old who can pretty much run referral with all the lovely stuff to do was amazing. Having a pool in the uk is seriously underrated, after a busy day of being out and about it was lovely to come back and relax in the lovely warm pool. Hosts were also extremely welcoming and helpful! I would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you very much :)

Katharine’s place was lovely, exactly as described and beautifully finished. The location was even better than expected, a short drive away from Padstow, Polzeath and a stones throw from Wadebridge. There was also an excellent farm shop / restaurant at the end of the road which was a nice surprise. The recommendations were fantastic. EV charging was convenient and easy to arrange (charger connected to main house). Overall, couldn’t say enough positive things. Will stay again!

The cottage in Port Isaac was really lovely. The decor was gorgeous. The highlight was the copper bath in the bedroom who knew??!!!❤️We hadn’t realised there was no outdoor space for dogs (that was my error) but we managed perfectly okay. just got up earlier and took them for a walk ! Everything you could possibly need in a lovely cottage. Note: I am allergic to non-shedding dogs and found my asthma was a bit aggravated, possibly from previous Pets staying there? Absolutely nothing to complain about as we have dogs (albeit their hair/fur doesn’t come out)

We had a wonderful stay at Talland Cliff side beach house, we stayed for two nights with our two children and Labrador, the property was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed plus a few extra touches that added to our enjoyment, the family games and the hammock were a favourite for the children and sauna was an added luxury for us :) but without a doubt sitting on the decking and watching the sea was the most relaxing and wonderful thing for us to do! The beach is 5 minutes walk down the cliff side not too difficult but the climb back up may take a little longer but absolutely worth it for the trip down to the beach, there are a couple of coastal paths within a couple of miles of the property and a couple of small eateries close by for lunch with a view. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wow, what a place! Far enough away from it all to be peaceful but close enough to walk and explore many beautiful places. The annex is spotlessly clean, wonderfully equipped and situated perfectly with spectacular views across the fields. The pool was, as expected, amazing to come back to after a day out in the fresh air. We enjoyed dining on the terrace overlooking the countryside. Even on a rainy day it was beautiful. Christine and Roy are perfect hosts and really made our stay enjoyable. We usually don’t mind going home at the end of a week away, but we were really sad to leave Stonelands. Thanks for a perfect week on the Cornish coast!

Excellent location in the centre of Port Issac. Cottage full of character and well presented. Amenties all you could ask for, with sun trap terrace to enjoy. Just a shame we could not stay here longer than our flying visit and make better use of this home from home.

A wonderful Airbnb in the beautiful Port Isaac. The Airbnb is well located, a short walk from the main harbour. We enjoyed the walk in and out, although it is uphill on the way home! It was spacious for us (2 adults and 1 baby) and well equipped with everything we need. The car parking space right outside is also super handy! The place was comfortable, clean and cosy. It did get a tad cold, however not unbearable and the log fire was lovely and warmed the place up nicely! Emma was a fab host, provided lots of information and was flexible for our check in. We would definitely recommend to friends and would also come back to stay on our next trip! It was also our first time to port Isaac, which is beautiful!

Lovely stay, perfect location for walking the coastal path (less than 10 minute walk to join either north/south route). Local shops, pubs and scenic port to relax all within few minutes to walk. Loved the stay and highly recommend. Thank you Richard!
