The modern houseboat has a large living-dining room with panoramic windows, all around glass for great views of the water. Up to 4 people can enjoy the harbor prince... Very close: Hanseatic city of Lübeck with beautiful old town, Baltic Sea beaches, Travemünde, Timmendorfer Strand and Scharbeutz.

The exclusive houseboat "Souly" (regular) with driver's license-free motorboat offers an area of 75m2. The large living and dining area with kitchen-living room, designer tree window dining table and comfortable sofa has a panoramic window front on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower bath with toilet. The large roof deck offers an all-round view. Right on the deck terrace is a motorboat for trips to the Baltic Sea.

Das Hausboot liegt sehr idyllisch und dennoch fußläufig zur Innenstadt im Stader Holzhafen. So ist es mitten im Stadtzentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Das Hausboot hat eine Größe von 38qm, ist an Frisch- und Abwasser sowie Strom angeschlossen, besitzt eine Ölheizung und verfügt neben einem Wohn- und Schlafraum sowohl über ein Bad mit Wanne und separater Toilette, als auch über eine kleine Küche und einen extra Holz-Kamin zum zusätzlichen Beheizen im Winter.
