An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus utility room with washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor.

The two rooms are on the second floor of the idyllic village of Matzwitz/Panker in Holstein Switzerland, near Hohwachter Bay. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be, and nature lovers will get their money's worth! The natural beach Behrensdorf is 3 km away, the beaches Hohwacht, Sehlendorf or Schönberg approx. 15 minutes by car. The Panker estate with galleries and restaurant is within walking distance. Well-developed bike paths in all directions!

After loving detailed renovation, 6 apartments have been created in the style of terraced houses. Located on the garden side, apartment 4 can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern fully equipped combined with antique elements create an exceptional feel-good ambience.

Our vacation home is about 96 square meters and is totally quiet and is ideal for up to 4 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 hallways, as well as a very sunny living room with terrace and fenced garden and garden sheds and is not far from the Baltic Sea. Beautiful wooden floors and great colors and pictures invite you to linger. Downtown is only about 900 meters away and the forest and the first fields are just a few steps away.
