It is clean, comfortable, & uncluttered, a home away from home! It is surrounded by beautiful pines, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Our place allows 2 parking spots on site with a side entrance to your upstairs Airbnb. The 800+ sq ft space includes a private kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, and balcony with views of downtown. Picnic table and grassy area below balcony can be used on those nice Iowa days.

We stayed here for a family girls weekend and it was perfect! There was plenty of space and it was cozy and comfy! The place was so cute in a peaceful area but it was also super easy to get to where we wanted to go in the city. Check-out tasks were also quick and minimal. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!
