Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Playground for the kids, hot tub for the adults. Close to a number of different stores. Only minutes from downtown and the airport. Lots of parking available. Fresh produce in the garden (seasonal). Cookout with the family full kitchen, grill, smoke, or use of hibachi flat top available. TV in all rooms, relax and take in the view from the back deck with fire table, or sit out at the picnic shelter. Enjoy your stay!!!

Beautiful historic duplex house in the heart of woodland heights. Walking distance to downtown and next to Ingersoll avenue which is full of shops, bars, restaurants and more. Our place allows 2 parking spots on site with a side entrance to your upstairs Airbnb. The 800+ sq ft space includes a private kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, and balcony with views of downtown. Picnic table and grassy area below balcony can be used on those nice Iowa days.

This south of Grand cottage is less than 5 minutes from downtown, Ingersoll Avenue with plenty of shops, restaurants, live music. Nested in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. A large backyard backs up to woods. The deck has a gas grill and gas firepit where you can relax and listen to the owls in the evening. The front lawn is enclosed by an antique fence for your pups.
