Vacation home rentals in Playacar

Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

Lugar recomendable, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y en buen estado y lo más importante es que todo está muy limpio. Esta cerca del centro y cerca del lugar hay varios lugares para comer.

great place. Everything was very clean. They provide cleaning on a regular basis. Thi place is on a main road, so are lots of diners close by. The place was quiet. Not a lot cooking appliances, but Dayma went out of her way to provide some extra utensils. The mattress was an extra plus to our stay, our backs appreciate the firm place to rest at night. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar en este lugar; NO ES UN LUGAR SI QUIERES DESCANSAR, es un lugar para alguien joven y con ganas de vivir. TODO EXCELENTE en especial la ubicación, cerca de antros y zona turística; las vistas desde el Rooftop SON BELLÍSIMAS. (Solo recomendaría, poner cortina BlackOut) las noches son largas y uno quiere amanecer sin el sol en la cara. 😅💯

Excelente ubicación. El check in fue facil y el departamento tal como se mostraba en las fotos. Sin duda regresaremos.

Our group had a very nice time. The roof top pools were amazing. Our host met us with a great welcome at the front desk and gave us a tour of the building and the two apartments. The front desk and building staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the buildings communal pool and bar. While some aspects of the apartments might have seen better days, we found them both to have everything we needed. Our host promptly brought us fresh towels and picked up our trash when we reached out, and had great communication throughout our stay. The building has a great location with many options for food and bars within walking distance. It’s right next to the beach and was quiet at night.

Me gustó por qué quedaba cerca de la playa Punta Esmeralda un lugar muy bonito y salir a caminar temprano es muy bueno, negocios también. El apartamento me encantó bien amoblado y cómodo, para estancias largas es muy adecuado. gracias!!

Our stay was great! We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The condo was clean and stylish. All amenities provided. It truly felt like home away from home and having 5th avenue in such close proximity just added to the experience! Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately and with great care. El departamento es todavía mejor que en las fotos 😊 Me quedé durante tres semanas trabajando de manera remota, y me sentí muy cómoda. Además del departamento, el edificio es muy lindo y está perfectamente ubicado. Todo lo necesario se encuentra a menos de una cuadra. Hay un GoMart 24 hs justo abajo. Sin dudas volvería!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser gut gelegenen Unterkunft. Sie bietet einige Vorteile, die uns sehr gefallen haben: Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet, auch mit einer Nespresso-Maschine. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, in der wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden haben/24h. Der Aufzug hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Besonders die Terrasse war ein Highlight – perfekt zum Entspannen. Alles war sehr sauber! Ein großes Dankeschön an die Ansprechpartner vor Ort, die sofort geholfen haben, als wir unseren Schlüssel verloren hatten. Ein kleiner Hinweis: In der Nähe befindet sich eine Eventlocation, und während unseres Aufenthalts fanden dort häufig Partys statt, die bis in den frühen Morgen zu hören waren. Außerdem liegt gegenüber der Unterkunft eine Tierklinik/Tierheim, sodass man morgens durch das Bellen von Hunden geweckt werden könnte. Trotz dieser Punkte empfehle ich die Unterkunft weiter, vor allem wegen der Lage, der Ausstattung und des großartigen Services! Vielen Dank !!!

Una experiencia inolvidable! Nuestra estadía en este lugar fue de lo más acogedor. El depa estuvo de maravilla, todo estuvo increíble. Nuestro host estuvo de lo más atento. Mi familia y yo estamos súper agradecidos y felices por nuestra estadía en tan bello departamento. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Excelente alojamiento. Es mejor en persona que en las fotos. Fidel es muy atento y siempre me ayudó a todo momento en que le escribí. Sin duda me volveré a hospedar aquí cuando vuelva a Playa del Carmen es un condominio muy tranquilo, tiene horarios para las áreas públicas lo cual hace que exista orden. El departamento cuenta con todo el equipamiento necesario para pasar una excelente estadía. Está cerca de el centro de Playa del Carmen ya que la avenida que ingresa al condominio te lleva todo derecho hasta el centro, para salir a la carretera estás no menos de ocho minutos.
