Patricia's home was just so beautiful and comfortable. You could tell that this had been someone's home vs an empty soulless airbnb. It had just about every utensil or supplies that you could need. The beds were comfortable and the communication top notch. They were very responsive and the home was located a 7 minute drive from the popular 5th avenue area. It was amazing for me. I had a rental car so loved the gated community and safety of the building. Came home at all times of the night and never felt unsafe. I would stay here again.

Great place, extremely clean and beautiful furnished. Luis Fernando was very responsive and helpful. Left take out options and his mother I law was super sweet with us and took us to buy some stuff to a close buy convenience store. Overall we had a great stay. Definitely recommend and will keep in mind for future bookings

the condo was spacious , clean and well equipped. the neighborhood is walkable to the mall and and has great restaurants and a bakery located within walking distance. require a car to get onto downtown playa area. host is very responsive. the staff on site are friendly and helpful

Great place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The property is beautiful and the pool is great. Highlight is lounging in the hammock over the water. Place was super clean and having 2 king beds is fantastic. Host was great with providing instructions. 15 minute walk to the closest beach and also 15 minute walk to the end of famous 5th avenue. An OXXO across the street with a few eateries, and the pool bar has a little cafe with snacks you can buy. Definitely recommend!

The apartment is small but very comfortable. Don Luis and his team were always attentive to what we needed, I even needed help with the bathroom and the maintenance man arrived immediately. The best thing about the apartment is the location, super close to 5th Avenue, ADO Turistica terminal and Plaza Antigua. The photos you have posted of the terrace pool do not do justice to how beautiful the spectacular view is and the divine and relaxing jacuzzi. Thank you very much Don Luis, we hope to be back soon.

Loved this place! The instructions to get into the community were a little confusing but we were able to work it out okay. The community is beautiful and they have decorated the apartment gorgeously! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer and use all of the amenities! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Perfect location - directly on the beach. Beautiful condo that is well appointed and spotless with a great Italian restaurant next door. Very easy access to the beach. Marisa is incredibly friendly and helpful with my requests. Front desk/receptionists are also lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

Ryan’s place was wonderful! The apartment looked just like the photos and was so beautiful and spacious! Having two balconies was wonderful, especially with a hot tub on the bedroom balcony! The rooftop was rarely busy and if on the off chance it was, there are 6 pools total to choose from along with a rooftop bar and sports bar to entertain yourselves! There was also a game room on the roof you could sign up to use at front desk which we used for playing pool and the room has couches, tv and kitchen for your own private use!! Overall the communication with Ryan, the location of the apartment and the actual apartment were absolutely perfect! We will definitely be back again! Thanks Ryan!

The apartment was perfect for what we wanted and the value for money is very good. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos, very spacious and has everything you might need: in the kitchen basic waxes, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, stove and they included a couple of bottles of water; the bed is very comfortable and clean, the bathroom in perfect condition, the hot water comes out very quickly. There are enough towels to use in the pool and for normal use. The building's pool is small but nice, and since there aren't many apartments, we had it to ourselves. Besides, we were able to buy drinks at the bar outside to enjoy there. The location is really central, 5 blocks from the beach and the quinta. I wouldn't go out alone at night, but I wouldn't change it for the convenience of being close to the beach and the bus terminal. I recommend it if you want to rest in a comfortable and nice place and be close to the most visited places in PDC!

Excellent place, everything is very nice, just like the photos. It is a quiet place if that is what you are looking for. We traveled as a family with children and a senior citizen, and the truth is that it was an extraordinary experience since everyone enjoyed the comfort and exclusivity of the facilities. The host was always very attentive to my questions before the reservation and during my stay. A highly recommended place.

We've returned for the 2nd time for 5 weeks . Everything went well, no worries , Dania was quick to respond to our questions and requests . She even offered us things to do nearby . Common areas are pleasant and well-maintained . Smiling and helpful staff . The neighborhood is quiet and safe , a 5-minute walk from the supermarket and colectivos . Good Restaurants on the surrounding streets. We'll go back . Thanks Dania .

Frank’s place is in a perfect location. It’s very clean and all the amenities worked wonderfully. The bed was comfortable. My only wish was that there was a TV in the bedroom, but there is a large one in the living room. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great location! 2 blocks to any and everything. The place looks better in person, one downside is it's on the third floor with no elevator, it wouldn't be good for elderly or disabled people. The rooftop view is amazing!!! JUST BOOK IT! it's well worth the money. We plan on staying again.

I love the location and it was a very good neighborhood and everybody including the host was responsive.

Host very responsive throughout and provided excellent directions. The location is the best in Playa with everything eg convenience store, pharmacy, cafe etc etc accessible within a 5 minute walk. Its also a short stroll to the beach. The unit was as described and it was hot and muggy this time of year but the a/c's worked very well. The unit was quiet despite some other reviews mentioning hearing the swimming pool mechanism from upstairs but we didnt notice that. The sound-proofing was good and the music from nearby clubs etc was also not an issue at night. The balcony was nice. The kitchen is not the most functional but we ate out and so it wasnt an issue. The roof and pools were nice and we spent some evenings there, it was never too busy, at least this time of the year. We had a car, and there is a garage in the building but parking is not the easiest because parking spaces were very teeny, so we suggest renting a smaller car if you intend to drive here. All in all terrific stay.

Michael and Ernesto were very proactive during my stay even when the air conditioning created massive condensation and leaked into the bathrooms, it was resolved and fully cleaned within a few hours. They were great hosts and would stay again!

Everything was amazing with the accommodation, an excellent place for a pleasant trip
