Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Playacar

Highly recommend it! If you are planning to visit Cozumel, don't miss this. This local spot offers quick access to the nearby ferry terminal in under three minutes, making your travel experience easy and enjoyable. The service was excellent, and the view from the location was stunning. However, the temperature in the garage can get uncomfortably hot, especially with so many mini splits running, impacting both elevators and staircases within the area. (Don’t worry, the apartment is not effected at all). Overall, this place is a fantastic choice

Patricia's home was just so beautiful and comfortable. You could tell that this had been someone's home vs an empty soulless airbnb. It had just about every utensil or supplies that you could need. The beds were comfortable and the communication top notch. They were very responsive and the home was located a 7 minute drive from the popular 5th avenue area. It was amazing for me. I had a rental car so loved the gated community and safety of the building. Came home at all times of the night and never felt unsafe. I would stay here again.

Our stay in playacar was incredible. The condo was beautiful, clean and a great place to relax during our stay. There was so much to do in the surrounding areas of playa del Carmen and many choices to eat and shop. We loved how safe we felt in the playacar community and how we could chose from a relaxing day by the pool or having a fun adventure in a Cenote! We would definitely return and recommend! Our host Asaf was incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations for places to go and also tips to make our trip easy and relaxing. We took many of his suggestions about where to eat and the places to visit as well as things like where to shop and how to use the atms etcetera. I wish all hosts were this helpful! It made our trip that much more enjoyable. Thank you so much!

We historically been resort people in Mexico. Took a chance on an Airbnb and let me tell you - NO REGRETS. Do it now! Great value, amazing restaurants to walk to, safe and there is a great roof top pool with cash bar. You’ll have the resort experience with a much better value. Thank you to our host.

The apartment was perfect for what we wanted and the value for money is very good. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos, very spacious and has everything you might need: in the kitchen basic waxes, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, stove and they included a couple of bottles of water; the bed is very comfortable and clean, the bathroom in perfect condition, the hot water comes out very quickly. There are enough towels to use in the pool and for normal use. The building's pool is small but nice, and since there aren't many apartments, we had it to ourselves. Besides, we were able to buy drinks at the bar outside to enjoy there. The location is really central, 5 blocks from the beach and the quinta. I wouldn't go out alone at night, but I wouldn't change it for the convenience of being close to the beach and the bus terminal. I recommend it if you want to rest in a comfortable and nice place and be close to the most visited places in PDC!

Great place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The property is beautiful and the pool is great. Highlight is lounging in the hammock over the water. Place was super clean and having 2 king beds is fantastic. Host was great with providing instructions. 15 minute walk to the closest beach and also 15 minute walk to the end of famous 5th avenue. An OXXO across the street with a few eateries, and the pool bar has a little cafe with snacks you can buy. Definitely recommend!

Carlos was a great host and the place is excellent, if you want to stay and relax it is the best and if you want to go out there is everything nearby ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

Jess’s place was everything we imagined and more. Beautiful gem well worth the price plus, very responsive and helpful hosts.

Our stay at Casa Jaybird was amazing. We spent a month here and could have easily stayed longer. The location really can't be beat - a super quiet street right off 5th Avenue and walking distance to the beach. But for being so close to all the action, the home felt so private when you were inside. Elizabeth was always responsive and quick to answer our questions, and Samuel was always so kind and happy to help with anything around the house. We have young children so we had white noise machines in all the bedrooms, so we didn't have any concerns with the noise as some reviews mention. There was some construction nearby during the day but truly nothing that really bothered us. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mariposa. The house was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect, close to the beach and downtown Playa. What really stood out was the excellent service. Jasmin and Edson were responsive and accommodating prior to our arrival, and the concierge (Mauricio) was especially helpful during our stay—always available to assist with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa. Thanks again to Mauricio and the staff for making our trip truly enjoyable.

Would definitely come back!!! Fantastic host - kind, informative & wonderfully hospitality. We loved this beautiful place & options on site for private cenote, Mayan ruins, and short walk to the beach. Perfect in case we didn't get out to explore. I chose Playa del Carmen because it's half way between Cancun & Tulum yet fairly easy to get to the airport. We went to Edin cenote which was fun, refreshing & close by, in Tulum we enjoyed a completely different vibe, and ran out of time to snorkel in Akumal. The 3 seperate bedrooms are each spaced well for privacy. There was a very nice oven/stove to cook meals on which we did 50% of the time and we really enjoyed the variety of restaurants with great service nearby. Our favorite breakfast was at Lara & Luca. Unexpected: The Mall in walking distance, super friendly people, and how much we loved seeing wildlife by the pool: spider monkeys, caoti, and iguanas in the trees with turtles and agouti on land. Great place to stay, comfortable and safe. The hosts are super friendly and very responsive. There are good restaurants just outside of the condos, the Italian and French restaurants are delicious. If we visit again we would definitely stay here.

Very good location! The place is very nice and comfortable, good customer service from the reception, perfect if you are looking for something close to Fifth Avenue and the ferry to Cozumel but in a quiet area, close to restaurants. The roof has a nice view.

Great place! Wasn't sure what i was getting into when we first pulled up as we'd never been to PDC before. Turns out we were 5 easy blocks from the beach and 5th Avenue which is where all the action is for tourist food and festivities. The place is also surrounded by 'local' food and fare as well - El Fogon is 2 blocks away, Walmart is 2 blocks away, many local tiendas from right downstairs to blocks away. Very clean - A/C's were working - had an issue with a drawer (at 7am) and Allen had it fixed within an hour. The balcony got great AM sun - i spent most of my time while there on the balcony just because we came from the North and i desired heat. But ... this place is not for those seeking solitude and silence, though. It's very loud with street noise. The tour busses start coming by at 7am and don't stop until about 9pm. All day. Everyday. But if you stayed closer to 5th Avenue you'd have to deal with the club music so it's a toss up. We had a blast and loved all of it!
