We had a comfortable stay at Ethel's place. Although it was a bit challenging to locate initially, once we found it, navigating to and from the property became effortless. The location offers convenient access to fantastic stores and restaurants, making our overall experience enjoyable.

We a group of 5 had a great stay at Regina’s place it was clean and fully equipped! We are there as digital nomads doing some research of the area for a posible business, the wifi was good, we loved been closed to the shops and restaurants that the locals enjoy we felt very welcomed!! We will be back! Thank you Fanny and Regina for making this a amazing stay

Beautiful place to stay, super downtown. The place is comfortable, it has everything you need. The pool is good. The air conditioning is super cool. I'd come back without thinking.

Had an amazing stay at Oscar’s place. The description of the place and the building were accurate and photos were all correct. Great location close to the Walmart and a few minute walk to 5th ave. Rooftop actually had 2 pools which was great, not too busy. Would highly recommend for a trip to playa or long term stay.

An absolutely STUNNING place. We truly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle (surrounded by birds and wildlife) and yet somehow we were also steps away from the beach and several incredible restaurants. We took the ADO bus from the airport to the playa del carmen bus station, so we never had to rent a car or even take a taxi throughout our entire stay. We're already thinking of coming back in the future!

Luis is a fantastic host! He’s extremely helpful, thoughtful and responsive. We were well taken care of in his home, and greatly enjoyed our stay in the Corasol community. The pool was a wonderful amenity, as was the golf course only minutes away. Parking was easy to access, pillows were comfortable and the balcony was a treat. Than you, Luis, for everything you did to make our week very enjoyable!

Excellent accommodation, transportation is a bit complicated, unless it is by taxi and they usually charge high rates. We only had to use it once since we had a rental car. The host also offered us car rental service and contact numbers for taxis and restaurants. The service was excellent, very comfortable rooms with everything you need for a quiet stay. We'd definitely come back

We had a fantastic time here! The apartment was very nice and spotlessly clean. The rooftop pool with incredible views of Playa was an absolute highlight. Perfect for those looking for an alternative to large hotel complexes. Recommendation for other guests.

First of all I am super host on Airbnb and the truth I must acknowledge that Alberto's service was excellent my respects and thanks. The PH is amazing completely new and equipped. 100% recommended the PH is impeccable and in a privileged area, please feel free to book it.

This was our 3rd year staying at the KAAB by the Park in Playa del Carmen. We have always enjoyed the surrounding amenities close to the KAAB as well as what the building offers; close to grocery store, roof top pool, gym, courtyard. We had stayed in four different units over the three years and enjoyed all of them with maybe a few concerns with the units however this year we would have to say Carlos unit was the best. From our check in to when we checked out we were completely satisfied with our stay in the unit. Although we never met Carlos his response to our messages was friendly , immediate and helpful. The unit itself was clean, stocked with all the essentials; towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils. Carlos would send information regarding building issues to us as soon as he received them . He allowed us to stay in the unit after the check out time as our return flight was later in the day. Overall an amazing time in Plata del Carmen and a home away from home in Carlos ‘s unit

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment had a nice balcony that was perfect for relaxing. The area was quiet and peaceful, offering a great location for a more local, authentic living experience. It was just what I was looking for — calm, comfortable, and well-situated.

We had a wonderful family time, everyone had its own space, the kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook, we had a great view balcony and the condo comes with everything you need to carry to te beach, pool is huge, not crowded 🙏, we were looking for peace and this was the perfect place to spend our vacations. I do highly recommend this condo. Host was amazing, quick response and attention all the time, Thank you..

The apartment in general is fine. Before booking, I read some comments regarding the towels and it is a pity that they continue to ignore that observation since after so much use they shed a lot of lint. They also only leave one roll of toilet paper, which is insufficient for 3 people who occupied the apartment for 4 days. The location they send to get there is somewhat confusing, better in waze look for suite tortuga and get there faster. On one of the days of our stay, the digital lock on the main door that gives access to the apartments did not open, and another guest and I tried to contact the manager or owner of the place, she did not answer our calls and text messages until a message was sent by WhatsApp to the same number and that's when they attended to us, but after more than 15 minutes of being outside. I understand that sometimes for different reasons you can't answer the phone, but for these cases you should put an alternate contact. Don Silvestre, excellent.

Sophie’s place was really nice and cozy. I stayed there for a month. Sophie was extremely responsive and accommodative. The place has everything you can need for a longer-term stay and work from home, including the kitchenware and a decent WiFi. Free weekly cleaning was included in price , which was awesome! The place is located a bit further away from the touristy area, which for me personally was a good thing, although it’s still quite walkable, about 20 min (and the beach is pretty much at the same distance). There’s a huge grocery store/shopping center MEGA 7 min away, which was very convenient. I recommend Sophie’s place for someone who’s looking for something more quiet and relaxed, who likes to stay away from crazy tourist areas and prefer to live where local people live. I’d be happy to stay at Sophie’s place again next time I’m in Playa 😊

Very quiet, and a very good place

Diana's cute ground floor unit 1 is in a medium sized very secure building with a beautiful courtyard and entrance way. We always felt safe in the area and the walk to the beach is pleasant and close. Location is practically on Quinta Avenida for easy access to many restaurants and shops. Kitchen is very well equipped, in fact the whole unit is well equipped, clean closets for luggage, laundry line on clean private patio. The shared courtyard entrance way is beautiful as it has many colourful painted decorations and plants etc, all well taken care of too. Many details in our unit were well thought out (e.g., lights on sensors in key places, keys are colour coded for different doors). As well, very, very clean! We loved our time staying in unit #1.
