Condo vacation rentals in Playacar

The place is just as described, very nice and clean. Dan & Mariana were very responsive, making sure we had what we needed and were super flexible with checking in and out. 5/5 stars, I would absolutely book again!

Maria is a wonderful host and her condo is very comfortable and clean. The bakery across the street was delicious and we also enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Otherwise we walked about 15 min to the tourist area which had so many choices for food! We also walked to Sams Club (taxi back) for food cooked at the Air bnb. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The pool was very nice and lying in a hammock in the pool heavenly! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood is really peaceful and quiet (far away from the chaos of downtown Playa del Carmen), green and lovely. Akab Condominio itself is very nicely done, with apartments surrounding a swimming pool and large trees. You feel as if in the middle of nature. The apartment itself is in front of a green area but not right in front of the swimming pool, which is better. I liked the way the apartment is decorated, it was spacious and clean; the shower was also really nice. A couple of pluses that this apartment offers is the washing machine and the huge jug of drinking water for us in the kitchen. Thanks for the personal attention. On the down side, it can be a bit noisy when children play in the swimming pool (thankfully we're not right in front of it). It would also be good to install a smoke detector. The apartments are set up in such a way that there's no window next to the stove, and the kitchen hood does not get all the vapor out if cooking a lot.

wifi works great! I was able to work the entire time. It was a quiet complex.

es la segunda vez en este complejo (AWA) y la verdad siempre nos la pasamos genial, angelica siempre estuvo al pendiente, el departamento todo OK.

We would definitely stay here again. Having the pool ocean side was awesome. The condo itself was exactly as described as well. We had a few hiccups that required contacting the host, and they responded very quickly each time. Also, the location felt secure, as it requires entering through a gate. There is plenty to do within walking distance, and driving was easy to navigate as well. We are very happy with our choice.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, limpio, es enorme, de todo nuestro gusto, cuenta con todo lo necesario para que la estadía sea cómoda y grata. La atención del personal del Resort, es de 10. estacionamiento cómodo, lugar seguro, facilitan toallas para la playa y piscina, hasta las 18:00 horas. Estuvimos realmente bien.

The condo was roomy, clean, private area, and very comfortable. Pool was also great and with lots of shade in the afternoons. We also loved that it was well equipped with beach setup and even a small portable cooler! The only small concern was the late night live bands on the resort in front of it but not noticeable on main bedroom. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will consider it again in the future.

La estancia con Elise estuvo increíble, mi familia bien a gusto en cada rincón y éramos 6 adultos y 2 pequeños, realmente encantados con lo cómodo y limpio, cuidan mucho los detalles del interior. La alberca justo enfrente, los vecinos muy agradables y el ambiente del condominio bastante tranquilo. Elise siempre atenta y solucionado las dudas bastante rápido. La ubicación de la propiedad es muy buena si te mueves en vehículo, a una calle de la carretera principal y muy cerca un supermercado y bueno bastante fácil llegar al centro de playa. Volvería a hospedarme aquí

Beautiful condo, perfect location! Fernando’s recommendations were amazing and extremely helpful! We were very grateful for his help with questions about the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Excelente lugar, superó nuestras expectativas, muy bien ubicado a pocos minutos del centro comercial con casa de cambio y parada de colectivos hacia y desde el centro, también cercano a ala tima de transporte a xcaret. Única observación, el baño principal tenía baja presión de agua en la ducha.

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

excelente hospedaje. muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estadía tranquila. el condominio bien arreglado. vecinos tranquilos. Oxxo cerca y un centro comercial con tiendas grandes y restaurantes. si llevas auto no tendrás problema alguno. la comunicación con Gladys es excelente. súper amable y te responde de inmediato. una cocina bien equipada. altamente recomendable para disfrutar tu estadía en playa del Carmen.

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

¡Un departamento hermoso y con todas las comodidades! La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la playa, la 5ta Avenida, la terminal de micros (ADO) y transporte. El departamento es moderno y re completo, podés cocinar sin drama, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la pileta en la terraza. La seguridad es excelente, 24 horas. La anfitriona fue muy amable y atenta. ¡Lo re recomiendo! Pasé 15 días increíbles.

Oceana Residences was in a perfect location and central to all restaurants, bars, and entertainment on 5th Avenue. Coco was very responsive and provided numerous recommendations for eating and entertainment for our family. I also provided recommendations on additional items that would be nice for our stay, and she was responsive to this. Although it was very hot and humid, it was perfect due to lower crowds- we often had the pool to ourselves or only a few other people around. I will say that the beach (Mamitas beach) was not very usable due to the high levels of sargassum. It truly is a problem this time of year, and although the locals are doing everything possible to remove it, it is almost impossible to keep up with. We ended up not staying at or walking the beaches at all, which was a disappointment. Other than the beaches, the trip was wonderful and we had a relaxing vacation!

Super equipado. En un complejo muy tranquilo rodeado de naturaleza y una piscina de locura!!!. Acceso a la playa muy sencillo a 200-250 metros. Pasamos unos días hermosos.

Hospedaje acogedor, limpió, seguro, tranquilo. El lugar contaba con los servicios descritos por el anfitrión, está cerca de todos los servicios, de la playa y de la famosa Quintana avenida.

Great location, close to everything. Apartment was exceptionally clean, quiet and well designed. Staff was extremely helpful with holding luggage on the check in and checkout, always providing clean beach towels and great local recommendations. We've not had time to try restaurant on premises, but it looked very appealing. Please be aware that there is no swimming beach right next to this property, but plenty within 5 min walk.

Tanto el alojamiento como el huésped estuvieron a la altura de nuestras expectativas. Único punto a tener en cuenta es que hay un complejo en construcción justo frente al alojamiento y hay ruido toda la mañana y tarde. También el acceso a playas públicas es algo lejano. El Resto impecable. Sin dudas lo recomiendo 100% El huésped siempre fue a amable y contestó rápidamente todas nuestras inquietudes.

Nagyon tetszett az egész családnak a lakás berendezése , hangulatos. Szépen felújította Nicoletta. Kedves , hogy társasjátékok és vizi játékok is vannak bekészítve a vendégeknek . Hűtött vízzel és kávéval vártak minket. A sok medence és a szép kert illetve a nagy tersz tetszett a legjobban . Nagyon otthonos a lakás , biztosan jövünk még .

Muy buena ubicación! el lugar muy agradable y comodo, buen servicio al cliente por parte de la recepción, perfecto si buscas algo cerca de la quinta avenida y el ferry a Cozumel pero en una zona tranquila, cerca de restaurantes. la azotea tiene una bonita vista.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the perfect location. The building amenities were great- and all staff was very friendly and responsive. There is noise from the neighboring beach club- but it was not late at night and did not bother us at all. It was a fantastic stay!!! I would return
