Great stay, Elba and Nayeli are always attentive to resolve any unforeseen issues. I appreciate all the attention, highly recommended. Very safe, comfortable and the pools are excellent.

Kaitlin is a great host - our stay was everything we hoped! She anticipates all her guests' needs. The house is beautifully decorated and secure in a quiet neighborhood, and the filtered water on tap was much appreciated. The pool and private patio were perfect for relaxing, and the ceiling fans and a.c. in every room kept us comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Communicating with Kaitlin during our visit was easy as she is very responsive.

Their communication was clear and timely, always making sure we had all the necessary information before our arrival. I was especially impressed by how they helped me bring my vision for my best friend’s bachelorette celebration to life. From connecting me with the concierge service, “Local Bird,” to offering tips on how to set up decorations and even suggesting the perfect areas in the home for our in home group massages, and welcoming our private chef, they made every detail seamless. Every host I had the pleasure of dealing with was polite, incredibly kind, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. John’s place felt just like home! The house has a great location, amenities (pool, club house) are amazing and great to have a fun and relaxing time with the family. There are a lot of restaurants and places to get some food nearby, this is great when you don’t feel like going out. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable. In general, John’s house is amazing if you wanna have a great, fun and relaxing family vacation.

I loved it! From the beginning he was waiting (6am) for us. The location is very central and has everything we need. We had a problem with the air in the master bedroom and Francisco solved it in 30 minutes. I would stay here again 🙏

Erika was a great host , very responsive and always helpful, the house is great and private , the pool is gorgeous peaceful and quiet ,location is great very close to the Quinta and the port . I totally recommend that place .

Location, location, location. its a block away from the 5ta ave. convinience stores, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance. The house had enough space for our family of 8, clean, bedding A+ the area is safe, we took a walk till midnight with our minors without worrying about crime. Would stay here again.

Awesome place, and Lisa is a very welcoming host. From the moment you step into the house you can tell that it was built and furnished with guests comfort in mind - things like separate bathroom sinks, convenient niches and power outlets on both sides of a bed, a well-equipped kitchen, mosquito nets on every window and even double hammock out back. The area outside feels like your own private plot of jungle, lush and peaceful. Very close to the beach, but a bit further from a city center - gives a chance to appreciate more of local vibe.

This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have done it at a better place. The house literally had everything and more that you expect at a vacation home. With multiple pools and jacuzzis, I didn’t think it could be topped, until we walked into our very own private cenote! It was truly hard to leave this morning, the kids wanted more time at the house. It’s big and spacious and very private. The host are really helpful and sweet, with a cleaning lady that was kind and respectful of space and time. If you need any restaurant or activity recommendations, just ask Fabrizio, he was a great help. I plan on returning to playa de Carmen and when I do I hope this house is available. Can’t thank the hosts enough for trusting us with their home/ paradise (as the kids called it). Until next time.

Impeccable! Nothing was missing. The decoration with very original plants. The best at bnb I've ever visited! Bravo!

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

Our family had the most wonderful time here. The house, the pool, the rooftop, the location it was all just perfect for us. We hope to come back!

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect airbnb for our group trip. Great location, we felt safe but not “locked away” like some of the other rentals in PDC seem to be. Only thing was that Miguel’s communication was very slow, didn’t hear anything from him after check-in. We assumed that no news was good news. The cleaners were very thorough and friendly.

Excellent stay. Everything worked and the home is stylish. The host is a sweetheart. Gracias!
