Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Playacar Beach

Great host, great house, great location! I would definitely recommend this place to rent out.

El lugar es muy cómodo para grupos grandes, Ciudad Mayakoba es un lugar realmente bello y moderno, estuvimos muy cómodos mi familia y yo, muchas gracias Felipe y Alejandro!

This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have done it at a better place. The house literally had everything and more that you expect at a vacation home. With multiple pools and jacuzzis, I didn’t think it could be topped, until we walked into our very own private cenote! It was truly hard to leave this morning, the kids wanted more time at the house. It’s big and spacious and very private. The host are really helpful and sweet, with a cleaning lady that was kind and respectful of space and time. If you need any restaurant or activity recommendations, just ask Fabrizio, he was a great help. I plan on returning to playa de Carmen and when I do I hope this house is available. Can’t thank the hosts enough for trusting us with their home/ paradise (as the kids called it). Until next time.

Erika was a great host , very responsive and always helpful, the house is great and private , the pool is gorgeous peaceful and quiet ,location is great very close to the Quinta and the port . I totally recommend that place .

Location, location, location. its a block away from the 5ta ave. convinience stores, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance. The house had enough space for our family of 8, clean, bedding A+ the area is safe, we took a walk till midnight with our minors without worrying about crime. Would stay here again.

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

I will recommend friends and family Javier’s place, it was really nice and great location, comfortable and amenities were great, back patio sitting/dinning are with the pool was A+, 5 minutes from 5th avenue and ferry dock to go to Cozumel, lots of beautiful beaches near by and the neighborhood was nice and secure, convenient store and restaurants walking distance , we definitely will comeback in the future to playa del Carmen and definetely will stay at Javier’s place!

Such an incredible property! The photos do not do the house justice - the stone, the wood, the lighting was incredible. It was incredibly clean and so peaceful. The backyard was gorgeous. Felt very safe and not too far from town by taxi. Fernando was super communicative and so helpful once we arrived, helped arrange a private chef dinner and always responded back promptly with any questions I had. Really appreciated how friendly and accommodating he was to our group. HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb!!

Greco was an amazing host. He was very responsive and very attentive. Unfortunately we lost power during our stay for one night but, he was constantly doing his best to keep us informed of the situation and even got a generator to help. Totally recommend!

Juan, his team, and his place are maravillosos (wonderful)! My friends and I rented Villa Yambú for a bachelor party weekend. The house is beautiful and situated in a perfect location within Playacar Fase (Phase) 1. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily check-ins from the maintenance tech, Francisco, as well as by the daily cleaning service. We were wowed by the attention to detail: the housekeeping team realized we were missing certain bartending equipment to maximize our stay and, unprompted, provided it to us. So hospitable! I also highly recommend Chef Kim, whom Juan refers and lists in his house amenities guide. Chef made an amazing seafood paella for us and was a welcome addition to a fabulous final evening in PdC. The only hiccup we experienced was in finding the villa after entering the neighborhood. I recommend asking security for specific instructions, as the street addresses can be confusing. Thanks Juan! If you’re considering Villa Yambú, don’t miss out!

Bonito lugar, muy cerca de todo, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Stayed there for a month and a half. Lovely calm place with a stunning garden. Everyday landlord was out tending to his plants and always greeting me with a smile. Planning on coming back for a longer stay. Great pizza restaurant 1 min walk. Centro maya is just over the road.

Malena and Gaby were super hosts! Neighbor was safe and secure with manned guard shack. New homes Being built all around, but still mostly quiet. Great place if you just need a home base as you explore Mexico and the surrounding areas. Bedrooms were very comfortable, beds firm, water was hot, and kitchen very clean. Would stay here again. Highly recommended.
