This is Top 5 Airbnbs I've stayed in! Pablo was there for check-in and did a walkthrough, which was very helpful! There are a *ton* of amenities so it was nice to be made aware of everything. They've really thought of everything from the renter's perspective and what could be needed, top tier! It's in a private location so I felt very safe and it was very peaceful, both inside and out. I stayed on the bottom floor and didn't hear a peep from the person staying on the top. I entered my Bad Back era a few years ago and dread sleeping in any bed but my own but this was beyond comfortable and supportive, I slept like a rock every night! Julius and Pablo are beyond hospitable, beyond accommodating and understanding, I highly highly recommend this space!

My family and I really liked our stay at this house, everything was very comfortable and as specified in the description. ✨ In addition, the location is very close to many attractions. We felt right at home, I highly recommend it, it's well worth it!

Palapa house looked wonderful online and somehow exceeded expectations. Everything from the property to the hospitality was perfection. There were also plenty of Ubers available quickly to take us to and from everywhere we wanted to go. I’ve already recommended Palapa house to my friends so obviously the property has my endorsement.

The best bnb I’ve stayed in so far! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a fruit basket (as a fruitarian this was the best feeling). The house was stocked with towels, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, body was, soap, beach chairs, life jackets, board games, etc. The pool was bigger & deeper than the pictures show. 10/10 recommend

We were warmly welcomed and attended to at all times. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was exceptional at all times, and the beach was extraordinary. The area is very safe and peaceful. There’s a bus stop close to the house, with buses passing by frequently—public transportation is excellent. Also nearby is the dock that can take you to Isla Mujeres, another beautiful beach. There are also small markets and places to eat close to the house. I highly recommend this home and definitely plan to return.

Gaby was amazing throughout our stay. She stayed in contact, answered our questions and went above and beyond when we needed something printing. The house is clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. Gaby has gone out of her way to make you feel at home with extra special touches like a range of hats, sun lotion and insect spray, buckets and spades for the kids all available. The pool area is beautiful. We loved spending time out there and in the jacuzzi. The sign on the wall says that she is always happy to answer questions and this is really true. we loved our stay and would recommend it to everybody.

... spending a few days at Gabriel's house has been a very special experience. I arrived very late after missing my flight. No problem - I'll wait until midnight. I was very hungry. No problem - he took me to his favorite taqueria. I didn't have the money to pay. No problem - he lent me money. What to do in Mexico? No problem - he recommended many things outside of what the tourist guides say. So - very special! Then the house: very spacious, very clean and very nice with its patio Thank you very much

This apartment was absolutely fantastic! The décor and furnishings were beautiful—stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully chosen. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the space was fully stocked with all the essentials we needed for a perfect stay. The view from the balcony was stunning, and we spent a lot of time just soaking it in. One of the highlights was the outdoor pool—although it was shared with the building, it was large, clean, and never crowded, so it still felt relaxing and private. The host was incredibly helpful and gave us a list of excellent restaurant recommendations. We tried every one of them, and they were all in great locations with surprisingly affordable prices. I would 100% stay here again on my next trip—highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Juan’s place in Cancun! The property was exactly as described clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach. Juan was a great host very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Excellent place, as seen in the photos and described. Very accessible, close to beaches, supermarkets and gas station. I would stay there again if I return to Cancun. BONUS, inside the condominium there is a store and it serves meals in case you don't want to leave the place, you can find everything right there. The host was always attentive to making sure everything went well.

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. An excellent stay, everything was very clean, nice, when we arrived the A/C was already on so the condo was really nice, access to public transport just a few steps away, independent entrance and exit, Miriam was always attentive to us and communication was excellent.

The apartment is wonderful, extremely organized and clean! Super complete as described! The location is perfect, super close to the main area of restaurants, parties and the beach, there is plenty to do in the region. everything was great.. a good option to get to know Cancun if you want to save on accommodation, there are restaurants nearby, or if you are passing through it is 15 minutes from the airport by taxi, I would stay again. with dispensers for the shower in case you don't want to open suitcases like me.
