Beachfront vacation rentals in Playa Tortugas

We stayed here Easter weekend for family vacation with our 3 college age kids. The home is beautiful and comfortable. View is amazing. Location was perfect for exploring. Octavio was very responsive and shared recommendations,

Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

Okay: * Location, amenities and utensils in general * Very agile check-in and check-out process. * Room size and habitability (even if the view is partial to the sea). * Communication with Diego and willingness to help very remarkable! * Overall, the studio is nice and does the job, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, you can rest very well! * I really applaud that they are 100% pet friendly! Thank you for staying up to date and serving guests with this need and taste! To improve: * Air conditioning cannot be regulated * Hot water takes a long time to come out (a lot of water is wasted because of it) * Outside noise in general (for sensitive people, it can be difficult to sleep because you can hear cars on the avenue and some fans that work 24 hours a day). It didn't affect me, but it's something to consider. * The dryer, blender, stove, refrigerator and a/c already require maintenance or renovation. * The insistence of vendors * The cost of the daypass or breakfast pass is very expensive, I did not use it.

Wonderful place for a great and relaxing weekend, high standards by all means.

Super energy, great stay The description of the directions was great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The place was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt immediately comfortable. The view is awesome, but also the flair of the back of the house, so I liked the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water available and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to make a big purchase. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, great. At night, it was loud on the beach: people, music and motorcycle shows. It's only fair to mention this for people who are light sleepers. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. What a great place! Right on the beach! My wife and I wanted to stay somewhere away from the hotel zone, and Frankie’s place was perfect! He helped us with directions to the hotel and showed us around when we got there. The room is just as described. You can lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the beautiful Caribbean right outside your door! Frankie recommended a place called Flamingos, about a mile away, for dinner and it was amazing. We had local caught fish cooked to order and excellent cocktails at our table on the beach. Thank you Frankie for making our short stay one we will always remember!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs in many different cities. Imelda’s listing in Cancún at the Ocean Dream has been my favorite by far for many reasons. Not only was the condo just as the listing described and pictured, but the property itself was just amazing. The amenities were fantastic, and the surrounding area offered so much. From the beautiful beaches to restaurants and excursions, it was impossible not to love every moment. And I can’t say enough about the host, Imelda (Mely 💚). She was so wonderful. She was so accommodating with travel needs and with checking in. She was also very communicative. Mely is the ideal host. I’ve already recommended her and her properties to my friends.

We so enjoyed staying at this property on the south end of the island away from the hustle and bustle (although it is easy to get around via taxi or golf cart). The view was stunning, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoy snorkeling and appreciated the short easy walk to the beach club-and appreciated the snorkeling gear! I will recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

The pictures do not do justice! It's a beautiful location, and the place is so peaceful. We probably had 3 Street vendors only. Comfy beds are a plus. There are vending machines and ice bags for sale. Just go to the OXXO and get some drinks. There is a cooler in the condo, and you can head to the beach. There is security 24 hours a day, and it's super close to restaurants and convenience stores. It's walking distance to Captain Hook, the Xcaret ferry, and the scenic tower.

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

I had a fantastic stay at Juan Francisco’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Juan and his team was kind and responsive, and the location was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo in Cancún! The unit was clean, well-appointed, and offered stunning views. The location is super convenient—right across the street from the ferry to Isla Mujeres, which made exploring the area a breeze. The private rooftop was a definite highlight—such a relaxing space to soak in the surroundings. The rooftop pool area is also lovely and a great spot to unwind. Eric, the owner, was very communicative and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and well-located spot in Cancún!

Bedding was clean, shower was clean, running hot water at all times. No smell in the bathroom. Pool was clean and beautiful and host was very friendly, called me once I landed and met me at the airbnb. Everything was walking distance. Main beach and all the restaurants. Did not run into any problems. Thank you for the great stay!

The apartment is very well equipped and practical. The kitchen is beautiful and all the amenities are of good quality. Keep it up

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Thank you for hosting us

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

Amazing place with all the amenities will defintely will be coming back or even thinking of buying a place in the same building…. That’s the experience it give us A bit down is that is far from the city centre and amenities as important as closest grocery shopping is at least 20 min by car but if you can rent a car or plan ahead and do the shopping is amazing location for a really disconnect trip

Excellent place, the view is spectacular from the apartment's balcony, the reception service and the cleanliness is fantastic, my only drawback is that there was a coffee maker but there was no coffee, apart from that everything is wonderful.
