Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Philadelphia

Great little spot! To have a private parking spot in the neighbor was dreamy! Just needed it last minute to get to Philly for an early flight the next day and wound up having so much fun exploring this cute little neighborhood! Unit exactly as described. Leonard communicated promptly and completely!

This was by far one of the best stays I've ever had at an Airbnb. Orion's place was extremely clean and the pictures don't show just how beautiful his home truly is. There was plenty of space in the fridge and pantry for my food. The bed was extremely comfortable. The meditation room is definitely an added bonus. I had multiple opportunities to chat with Orion and he is a truly kind and genuine spirit. I loved my stay and wish I had a chance to spend more time at his place because something about his home makes you truly feel at peace!

As a travel nurse, I try to be very cautious in regards to where I stay and I can absolutely say I felt safe and comfortable at this rental. The hosts were very kind and the area is quiet and beautiful with ample parking. I would definitely book a stay at this location again.

The street was very quiet and we felt safe walking there in the evening. The house is set up nicely for a couple. The patio area was an extra bonus for the evening with comfortable couch and fireplace. We visit Philadelphia frequently and we will stay with Stacie again if her place is available.

I was in town for three days for a college meeting and reunion, but didn't want to stay on campus in the dorms. Colleen's place is within walking distance of Bryn Mawr College, Haverford College, and Harcum College. It was nice to have a quiet and comfortable place to sleep after long days of campus activities. I wanted a comfortable room at a reasonable price, and this provided me with exactly what I needed. Everything was just as described and pictured online, and Colleen was super responsive to messages. What's not to love?

I booked a room last minute and arrived late in the evening, and Marina STILL made me and my partner feel welcome from the moment we arrived until checking out. She was very hospitable and the effort she put in to make our stay as comfortable as possible was palpable. The place is clean, the host is lovely, and it feels like home.

Romi is an amazing host. She is extremely generous and welcoming. Her home is very peaceful and comfortable and I was grateful to be in such beautiful surroundings. If you’re looking to stay at a place that not only feels like home, but where the host goes out of her way to make you feel welcome, this is the place. Thank you Romi. Appreciate your hospitality.

We loved our stay at Johns place. We arrived to a lovely neighborhood and well lit entrance, the bed was super comfy and great having the coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room. It was also very convenient to our college reunion at Swarthmore as well as close the the airport. sad we didn't get to meet John as we were out and about all day, but thankful for a great place to stay

Great location. Nice neighborhood. Unit offers everything you need. Upgraded very cool bathroom. Large bed. Easy walking to downtown area. Nice balcony to sit outside. Included a parking spot. We liked the unit and would stay again.

Chris' place was exactly as described and pictured. We enjoyed the great location and cleanliness of the unit. Very easy check in to both the building and unit itself. Provided coffee was very good! Chris was very quick to respond and helped tremendously with a few special requests.

Great place! Bruce was an excellent host — very clear instructions and quick to respond. We were no more than 20 minutes from all the hotspots (Rocky statue, Reading Terminal Market, etc) and the reserved parking spot came in clutch. Clean and cozy. Would stay here again!

Check In: 3/9/25 The living space inside is very nice. It’s a studio apartment. It’s literally the perfect place to crash for a night or two. And at a great price, $96 for 3 guests, for 1 night. The room is on the 2nd floor of a daycare, so you’ll awaken to the sounds of kids ‘singing’ their morning songs. The place is located in the ‘hood’, so get your errands done before night. If you find a spot nearby to park your car, don’t move it or your space WILL be taken.

Great place to stay, looks just like the photos, and is a great feel for the space. Water didn't get as hot as I would like but still gets to a nice temperature. If getting there later in the day, plan to look for parking as it is all street parking. Availability for parking was within a block or so, which was fine. Overall great night's stay!

For being my first Airbnb stay I was very satisfied with this place! Looks just like the photos and much beautiful feel in person. It felt like I was coming and going as if I was at my own apartment building that’s how great the host instructions was very simple self explanatory. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My stay at Gladys’ place was awesome. She’s a great host that gives very detailed instructions. The beds were very comfortable, the location is convenient, and the place has a peaceful energy.

Danni's place offered a relaxing stay for my family of four (including toddler & infant). Her responsiveness before & during the trip was greatly appreciated, as were her clear instructions & city guide. The home offers up multiple places to congregate after a day of touring the city -- the rooftop in particular was lovely even if the weather didn't cooperate. The kitchen was functional and came with a nice welcome basket that my children loved. I also really appreciated the baby items -- gates for the staircases, all outlets covered, toys, a crib, pack n' play, and baby bath. These amenities made it an easy decision to forgo a hotel and made our packing a bit easier too! Fairmount is a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food & coffee options, as well as on-street parking. Hope to visit again soon!

My parents had a great stay at Clarissa’s place! She was very responsive and provided clear, detailed instructions that made check-in and check-out super easy. The space itself was clean, bright, and well-kept…exactly as described. It was also in a fantastic location, within walking distance of many major tourist attractions in Philly. Getting around was really convenient. Would definitely recommend staying here!
