A truly exceptional stay! The Elegant Chateau in Philadelphia was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need (even things you wouldn’t think of!). It’s the perfect space for entertaining while still allowing for privacy and comfort. One of the highlights for me was knowing it’s Black-owned, which made supporting this stay even more meaningful. I was proud to host family here. Whether you’re visiting during warm or cold months, the property is ready—swimming and grilling in the summer, cozy and well-equipped in cooler weather. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from start to finish. Only word of advice: keep your trash secured—there are some bold raccoons who like to make evening appearances, but they didn’t take away from an otherwise perfect experience. I’ve already recommended this gem to others and will definitely be returning myself. Highly recommend!

I would give six starts if I could. Jessica's place was exactly as advertised. We were a family of six with 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 senior citizens and everyone got their own room and had space for themselves. Although, the townhouses has many levels, the stairs to the basement bedroom are shorter and proper for senior people. The kitchen was the most fully equipped one I have seen in an AirBnb ever. You could cook a whole thanksgiving meal there and the utensils and appliances are good quality. The hot tub and city view from it were a crowd pleaser for me and my kids. All bedrooms and bathrooms were clean with nice towels and linens. Every one in my party agreed that we could not have asked for better place.

We couldn’t have asked for more hospitable and friendly hosts! The location was perfect for our daughter’s graduation from Bryn Mawr and we were able to bring our Doxie who enjoyed it as much as we did. The town is charming and easily walkable from the house. The backyard setting was a wonderful oasis for the family.

Loved our stay! Rome was informative and proactive in setting up the hot tub for us to use. Lovely private space with plenty of room. Walkable location very close to local activities and restaurants.

4-Bedroom Garden Oasis – Tranquil Philly Retreat

Gardith was an amazing host. From the moment we booked her home she answered all of our questions. We never had any issues finding parking and we had two large suv's. The house was beautiful. Each room had television and air conditioning. There was a heat wave during our visit and the home was nice and cool. My kids accidentally locked the bedroom door and Gardith was able to send a handy man over to unlock the door while we were out. She even sent my guys two cases of water after learning that they were track and field athletes competing at nationals. My assistant coach used the hot tub and seemed to enjoy it. The property is beautiful and the neighborhood is quite and safe. Close to University of Pennsylvania. Only 7miles. With Philly traffic, that could be 15min - 30min. Nonetheless, it is worth staying here. We loved this property and felt at home. She truly took care of all details for a comfortable stay. Will definitely book again if we are back in Philadelphia.
