By Bus/Train: SEPTA’s Broad Street line will drop riders off directly on Fairmount’s eastern border, while a number of bus lines (the 48, 33, 32 and 7) shuttle to and from Center City. Girard Avenue’s 15 trolley can take you east to Northern Liberties and Fishtown. By bike or by foot: Biking is common (Indigo bike station 2 blocks away), walking more so, especially along Spring Garden Street & Fairmount Avenue. Heavily residential and graced with largescale attractions. This walk-up apartment is on the second floor of the building. There is no elevator, so walking up a flight of stairs is required. The apartment was designed using a traditional french motif. The bedroom and kitchen are just off of the main living area; While small, the bedroom and kitchen are very accessible, with high end finishes. The main living room is central to the apartment, it is impeccably designed using west elm furniture, and has a 50 square foot window overlooking infamously lighted-tree lined Addison street. The living room also has a functional gas fireplace and a built in desk which overlooks a quaint Philadelphia street. There is a wonderful outdoor patio off of the bedroom complete with a fountain, an antique iron patio set, and a skyline view of Philadelphia.. The whole apartment; full kitchen, outdoor space, grill, fireplace Yes. Please call or text or message through airbnb. The apartment is in an upscale neighborhood in Philadelphia with many small, intimate restaurants within walking distance. It’s central to many of Philadelphia's best attractions, located directly between Rittenhouse Square, Center City and South Street. The location is perfect and the apartment couldn't be cozier. Cabs and Uber are everywhere, but the location can't be beat...walking is best and preferred. Venture over to Rittenhouse square for a taste of elegance or check out south street between 14th and 17th street for a more mellow but exciting nightlife and restaurant scene. Walnut street features great shops. And Chestnut street offers a more traditional nightlife and dining experience. All are within a 5 minute walking radius. Our Mayor of Philadelphia once resided near the block and has sponsored this block to keep it nice and neat. Our family has been local to Philadelphia for 30 years and we have renovated the entire building to feel refreshing and spacious while still being affordable. We personally make sure all sheets and towels are washed and clean with sanitizing spray throughout the whole unit after every stay. Space is spotless and we expect nothing less. It is probably cleaner than your own house lol!

This apartment is in an amazing location and easy access. Rafi was very helpful since I had a last minute trip due to a family illness. The apartment was very clean and organized. I come to Philly often to see family and I think this is one of the best airbnbs you can find in this area. The one note is that this is a 4 floor walk up. Like most of Philly's buildings, the stairs are steep and narrow so you need to just be prepared for it. It is worth it for the quality of the place and the location.

We had such a lovely stay at Jeanette’s place while attending my 20-year reunion at Swarthmore College. The place was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked, the bed was super-comfortable, the location was perfect (a nice 25-minute-ish walk to campus), and Jeanette was wonderfully communicative and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend!

We stayed here in Philly and was really impressed with how easy check-in was and the cleanliness of this home. It looks exactly like the pictures with beautiful decor and pool table for a nice entertainment touch. Spotless!Host was responsive and gave clear instructions prior to arrival and checkout. Be aware though that it is a steep walkup (stairs) and not much that is walkable around. Markets were about a 10min drive away so the location mainly provided a peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay again for weekend stays to visit family and friends again.

I would definitely stay here again, I felt safe, parking lot was right next to the building The apartment was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable best sleep I’ve had in weeks, I travel a lot. The only negative is the paid parking if you didn’t find street parking which only allowed an hourly rate up to six hours or evening flat rate which was inexpensive 12.45 but expired at 5am so if you are a late sleeper set an alarm, otherwise I love this place and definitely recommend.

This place was exceptional! The apartment was do clean and smelled amazing as soon as you walked in! Everything was as described and immaculate! George was amazing as a host. Very proactive to make sure that we were settled and had everything we needed. This location is great and very easy to get downtown on the trolley line (literally a 2 min walk). The 40th subway station is a 10 min walk. There are tons of places to eat around as well! We will definitely be trying to stay here in the future!

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

Exactly as advertised. Very clean and charming apartment. Host was very responsive and helpful. Its was 100 degrees in Philly when we were there but the apartment had a great cooling system so we stayed very comfortable. Highly recommend for couples and families.

We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!
