Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Pescaglia

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Just loved this place! Came with family (including 10 month and 3 year old) in June for 12 days and we were all very sad to leave. The house is very well set up with high quality kitchen equipment, places, glasses etc. The location is stunning with wonderful views - we spend every afternoon and early evening beside the pool which was easily warm enough to swim in at the beginning of June, and then barbequed and ate on the terrace. The local town has everything you need (we ate at Erasmo three times), and the Essolunga is also very close.

We enjoyed 4 magical days in Gloria's beautiful home. The gardens are exceptional and there are so many lovely spaces to enjoy the view! Would highly recommend to any future travellers. We met both Francesco and Gloria and they couldn't have been more helpful!

Giovanni and his family were really hospitable people! They welcomed me with a freshly baked apple cake, gifted me eggs and were always responsive. The view is amazing. It‘s very peaceful up in the hils. I would defenetly recommend this place!

We had a really good time. The cottage is as the listing shows. You have a private garden, a spacious house that is equipped with everything. Cinzia and family thank you so much for everything. A beautiful and very well-equipped Airbnb in a quiet residential area. The city center is within walking distance. Mauro was very friendly and helpful and we were even allowed to check in earlier. Thank you!

The apartment is very easy to reach thanks to Lorenzo's precise directions, and once you arrive it is nice to discover that you are exactly in the center of Camaiore where you can find everything you need for a few days of absolute relaxation and well-being . The apartment is new, furnished with care and very clean . The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home . In the living room there are interesting books to browse and a very large TV for quiet evenings after shooting in the area all day because if you want you can visit the most beautiful places between Pisa and Versilia , and then return to the delicious peace of the village with its markets and typical shops. We hope to be back , and then Lorenzo is very nice and available .

We loved staying at Elisa’s place - so lovingly restored and a truly special place. Beautiful setting and we loved hanging out in the garden on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. Being able to say hello to their dogs and having their sweet cats in the garden made it feel like home to us. Easy parking nearby. Thank you so much!

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

We cannot say enough goods things about Gabriele 's apartment. It is even nicer than the pictures I think. Everything was spotless and Gabriele was very helpful and answered all our questions very promptly. You could not ask for a better location in Lucca. We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this is right at the top of our list. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

Stefano is a good host and you get a clear guide about the apartment and the area. The bed was really too hard for us alone unfortunately. Furthermore, really a nice place to stay a few days and close to nice towns and the beach so perfect combination.

The apartment is gorgeous inside. The kitchen was very well stocked, and quite modern. We had a little trouble finding it, but we are unfamiliar with Lucca. Lovely restaurants in all directions and cute shops. Leandro was a wonderful host . Peaceful and relaxing stay.

This place is a dream. Luciano is a fabulous host. Friendly and very helpful. Fully remodeled for being inside ancient think wall structure. Location is a historian’s dream. Shutters over all windows really close out the sound at night. New modern kitchen fully stocked. Great location with bedroom French door style windows opening to overlook the Anfiteatro. We spent most evenings sitting there with a glass of wine. Great restaurants there too. Had great meals at Old Charlie’s restaurant a number of times. Supermarket 5 min walk. Great local shopping, many piazzas with outdoor cafes. Train station about 15 minutes walk. 1.5 hour ride on train to Firenze, 30 minutes to Pisa, 2 hours by bus to Siena. Lucca is cooler than Firenze with a nice breeze in the afternoon. I am a painter so this is a great location. If the flight from California was not so long, I would come back every year. We Love it here and love Luciano.

You can’t beat this location - so central in the historic city with the walls located close by to enjoy a gorgeous shaded walk. Everything is walking distance - from the free parking area nearby to the train station. Excellent shops and eating right outside the front door. Eliane and Christiano were fabulous hosts and we would love to visit again in the future.

An absolutely stunning apartment, located right in the centre of Old Lucca. Lucia was an amazing hostess, giving us loads of really useful information, and recommendations, all of which turned out to be spectacular. From sites to see, best times to go to avoid crowds, restaurants, places for breakfast. Probably one of the most helpful hosts we have experienced with AirBnB. The Duke apartment was wonderful, with everything provided, and with stunning views over Lucca to the mountains on the horizon. There were great restaurants and cafes within 3-5 minutes walk of the apartment, and the provision of 3 bikes was great to gently explore the city walls. All in all, we could not have been more pleased with the apartment, or Lucia (and Maurizio), who were great communicators, from booking through to leaving Lucca, even booking a taxi to the airport for us. Thank you Lucia for your hospitality and kindness.

This historic apartment inside Palazzo Pfanner is a unique stay with a splendid view into the magnificent palazzo gardens! I highly recommend staying for a once in a lifetime experience. Dario and his family own and manage the property and are very welcoming hosts. Depending on whether you intend to cook, we found the kitchen small and not very well equipped. Also, the bathroom is functional but rather dated. Overall a great stay for a unique experience!
