What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Abbiamo trascorso 2 giorni fantastici, consiglio vivamente sia il borgo che la casa. Fornita di tutto, lontana dal caos ma centrale per visitare l'Umbria. Un oasi di pace, sul serio. La famiglia che gestisce la casa è disponibile, accogliente e attenta ai dettagli. Dopo una giornata in giro tra le città d'arte la piscina rende ancora più rilassante il soggiorno. Grazie, torneremo presto.

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! Anna è stata estremamente gentile e precisa fin dal primo contatto, fornendoci tutte le istruzioni in modo chiaro e puntuale. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da Cinzia, una persona squisita che ci ha fatto fare il giro della casa e ci ha subito fatti sentire a nostro agio. La casa è perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace lontano dal caos della città: silenziosa, immersa nel verde e con un’atmosfera rilassante. Un grande punto a favore è la totale accoglienza verso gli animali: i nostri cuccioli si sono goduti il giardino completamente recintato in totale sicurezza e libertà, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole per tutta la famiglia. Torneremmo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo, ben tenuto e gestito con grande cura. Grazie ancora ad Anna e Cinzia!

Siamo stati così bene con i bambini in questa bellissima casa che ci è dispiaciuto lasciarla. Tutto era perfettamente attrezzato. Siamo rimasti colpiti dall’ospitalità premurosa e attenta nei confronti degli ospiti. Grazie di cuore!

Hyggelig rummelig lejlighed så centralt som overhovedet muligt. Alt fungerer fint. God seng men ingen gode møbler at sidde, desværre. Men det er også det eneste minus.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Marina e Paola per due notti con la nostra cagnolona e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione è ottima, la casa stupenda e Marina ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili! Torneremo sicuramente.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Wir wurden von Vittoria sehr freundlich empfangen und von Carmela gut und ebenso freundlich betreut. Das Haus im Grünen mit Pool übertraf alle unsere Erwartungen, und wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl. Gerne empfehlen wir diese einmalig schöne Unterkunft weiter in der Schweiz.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

Great accommodation in a stunning area

Wowww , nous sommes déçu de ne pas avoir réserver plus longtemps , le spot est parfait pour visite la toscane( avec une voiture bien sûr ) Les journée plus chaude nous avons fait de la piscine , leur déjeuner étais excellent !!! C’était exceptionnelle !!!

We rented an apartment for 5 people in this house. The house and the surroundings are beautiful, it was very clean inside and everything smelled like lavender (you could tell the host wanted to make us feel very welcome :) ). Beautiful and well-maintained interior – everything looked just like in the photos.

Staying at Agrigreen La Lama was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, Rita welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality that we felt at home. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm—surrounded by nature and the kind of quiet that soothes the soul. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was getting to cook in Rita’s own home, which she generously opened to us. It was such a unique and personal experience that made us feel truly connected to the space and the spirit of the farm. Siamo arrivati ed è stato una vera sorpresa un paradiso…il proprietario Riccardo e stato gentilissimo..accolti come se fossimo a casa nostra..arrivati alla casa Boschetto ulteriore conferma .. tutto come da descrizione Airbnb.. stanze grandi e accoglienti bagni personali cucina attrezzata.. piscina e tramonto fantastico.. consigliatissimo.. dopo km in moto tra amici abbiamo concluso il nostro viaggio in modo eccellente.. grazie dal gruppo Venexia local group torneremo sicuramente 🤩🤩🤩

The appartement is nicely renovated, confortable and spacious. The neighbourhood is unassuming. A good restaurant located via Della viola,25. Center of the town is a 5 mn walk.

Appartamento molto carino, mobili nuovi e completamente attrezzato, pulito in tutte le parti. Il balconcino è delizioso ed è piacevole farci colazione al mattino. É facile trovare parcheggio, e se non si trova é a disposizione dell’appartamento un garage. Elsa e suo marito sono sempre disponibili e dispensano consigli su locali e posti da visitare. Im Mai 2025 haben wir eine Woche bei Federica verbracht - es war eine wunderschöne Zeit Die Wohnung ist geräumig, top sauber und in Wirklichkeit schöner, als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die große Terrasse, wo man direkt auf den schönen Olivengarten blickt. Eine ruhige Umgebung, die Lage aber perfekt um die Gegend zu erkunden. 15 Autominuten nach Perugia - aber Umbrien ist nicht nur Perugia: Assisi- einfach ein Muss, dann auch z.B. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello u.v.m. Fantastische Architektur, Kirchen, Paläste, Museen mit unzähligen Meisterwerken von Künstlern, von den man sonst nur in den Büchern oder Katalogen lesen kann. Unsere Gastgeberin- Federica ist eine außergewöhnlich freundliche, nette und hilfsbereite Person, sie hat uns viele interessante Tipps gegeben, die unseren Urlaub sehr bereichert haben. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert- man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause- wir würden jederzeit gerne zurückkommen. Unsere Bewertung 5 Sterne + Liebe Grüße von Joanna und Bogdan.

Excelente alojamiento! me hospede 4 días y tuve todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Es tal cual las fotos, estaba impecable y en una zona tranquila pero cerca del centro. Me preocupaba el ruido para descansar por los comentario, pero no me pareció para nada ruidoso. Sin dudas volvería!

Simonetta really is the hostess with the mostest, The room offered is spacious, spotlessly clean with quality fixtures, fittings and furniture. Fabulous beamed high-ceilings make the room feel huge, And the large windows let in lots of natural light. The bed was super-comfortable, And the floor - for a very old building its beautifully tiled and squeak-free. From the outset Simonetta was on a mission to ensure we made the best of Perugia, with excellent recommendations for things to do, see and eat. We've visited Perugia many times over the years - but with Simonetta's help discovered even more to love about Umbria's capitol, Perugia. Grazie Mille, We look forward to visiting again.

Casa immersa nel verde sui colli di Perugia, piccolina ma accogliente e completa di tutti i comfort. Il terrazzino è molto bello e con un bellissimo panorama. Alessandro e la compagna sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili. Sicuramente sa consigliare.

Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt! Jedes kleinste Detail war bedacht. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 10 von 5 Sternen vergeben. Der Blick über das Tal war atemberaubend und die Unterkunft sah noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Danke! Wir kommen wieder!
