Central, View over old city, free park
The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Ethical house in Umbria
It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Central apartment
The apartment is close to the city center, 50 meters from the Minimetro 'Pincetto' terminal station. It is in the university and court area. It is bright, quiet, in an elegant condominium; it consists of 4 rooms and two bathrooms. Two beautiful terraces overlook the Assisi Valley. It is outside the traffic-restricted zone. It is therefore possible to unload luggage in front of the entrance by car. With free or paid street parking.

Cottage surrounded by nature
"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

Large flat - view, historic centre, fast internet
Large flat in ancient building in the historical centre of Perugia, near the University. The flat is light and sunny and with a great view over the historical centre of Perugia and the surrounding hills. It can comfortably host six adults (in four rooms - two doubles and two singles) and a toddler (a crib - provided on request - can be placed in a bedroom or in the common areas). Fast, unlimited Internet.

Prima Pietra B&B - "Luna" Room - 2 guests
The large and bright room with a private entrance is in the heart of the historic center of Perugia. I renovated it with care and refinement in 2018, to best accommodate those visiting the city. In the room, you will also find a nice table to enjoy our breakfasts, or maybe a plate of pasta: the retractable mini-kitchen is at your disposal. Two beds, independent heating and air conditioning.

Perugia Centro "Tu Casa" CIN [Brazilian Identity Card]: IT 054039C2MK030454
The accommodation is located in the center of Perugia, a sloping roof attic apartment, on the third floor, with a separate entrance. It consists of a double bedroom with bathroom, living room with double sofa bed, super-equipped kitchen and high-speed WiFi. Completely renovated in a warm and welcoming rustic style, with reuse of original materials for floors and ceiling.

Spello Nunnery Apartment
This beautiful 2bedroom- accomodation is located in the upper part of the historical centre of Spello in the second Nunnery dedicated in times to Saint Claire. Offering all comforts, services and a breathtaking outside space, it is perfect for who is searching for a reenergizing romantic base from which to explore the umbrian valley.

La Casa dei Pellari
Did you ever think you'd be able to sleep in a museum? You'll literally walk where the ancient Etruscans tanned their skins, with a portion of the floor with exposed ruins. Outside of the garden, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city, relaxed, in the shade of the vine, during sunset.
