* The beginning of the road that leads to the house easily allows the entry of cars the size of an Audi Q5. Equipped with everything you need to cook, In the historic district of Borgo Bello, in a 17th-century complex, with private and personal PARKING, a 50-square-meter loft. The house has been recently renovated, all the furnishings are new. The house and the parking lot, just in front, are located in a fenced, quiet and private building.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

Apartment located inside a historic building in Cortona, dating back to the 1500s, overlooking the city's main square... Our property, while condemning the war, dissociates itself from all racist behavior towards the Russian and Belarusian population. At Casa del Passerino, people of these nationalities are welcome and will be treated the same as everyone else. We look forward to seeing you in Tuscany!

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
