House vacation rentals in Perugia

Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Vi bodde i huset i drygt två veckor och hade en fantastisk vistelse Huset är genomtänkt och har allt man vill ha Omgivningen är magisk och utsikten slående Poolen är stor, ny och rengörs flera gånger per vecka Valerio & Susan var toppen värdar och ordnade tom nya barn tillbehör för att göra vår vistelse ännu bättre (vi reste med barn 1 år & 5 år) Resturang tips och tips på utflykter i närheten var mycket bra, gjorde hela vår vistelse speciell Vi kommer gärna tillbaka

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Alberto é stato un host gentile e reattivo. Le indicazioni che ci ha fornito sono state chiare. La casa é accogliente, spaziosa e pulita. Il tavolo da ping pong coperto e i giochi da tavolo sono stati un ottimo intrattenimento di gruppo durante il soggiorno.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad met het beste zwembad (diep om te duiken), een prieel met schaduw en mooi uitzicht. Binnen blijft het koel. Verblijf is op de eerste verdieping, flinke trap op en in het huis ook maar dat houd je in beweging :). Eigenaren spreken een klein beetje Engels maar met google translate kom je ver. Aardige verhuurders. Er is een trouwlocatie en dan hoor je wat muziek. Dat vonden wij wel leuk. De meeste keren is het op tijd stil. All met al een leuk verblijf.

Adoramos a hospedagem! A casa é muito boa, espaçosa, fica num lugar muito bonito de campo e próxima da cidade. Para nossa grata surpresa havia ar condicionado na sala e nos quartos o que nos ajudou muito com o calor que fazia na região. Nossa família ficou muito bem acomodada e aproveitamos bastante!

Wir haben uns in diesem charmanten und ruhig gelegenen Haus mit dem herrlichen Blick auf Olivenbäume und See von Beginn an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist idyllisch, die Ausstattung durchdacht und komfortabel. Die Atmosphäre hat bei uns ein Gefühl von Rückzug und Entschleunigung ausgelöst – fast wie in einer Berghütte: geborgen, entspannt und willkommen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Victoria und Samira für die stets aufmerksame und liebevolle Betreuung!

Der Aufenthalt bei Andreas und Natchana war sehr schön, ruhig, erholsam und hundefreundlich. Der eingezäunte Garten, welcher nochmal durch einen Weidezaun vor Wild schützt, bietet nicht nur ein gepflegten Pool, sondern hat alles was man für seine Bedürfnisse braucht. Es sind ausreichend verschiedene Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten und eine Grillecke mit eigenem Waschbecken vorhanden. Allgemein ist der Garten am Abend mit seiner Beleuchtung, dem See im Hintergrund und den Glühwürmchen ein absolutes Traumambiente. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es ist alles an Geschirr und Gewürzen vorhanden, sodass man nur Lebensmittel einkaufen muss. Wer diese Unterkunft bucht, wird es nicht bereuen.

Appartamento dotato di tutto. Ampio e pulito. C'è anche zona lavanderia che x soggiorno lunghi può essere comoda. Sono stata tre giorni con la mia famiglia ed era tutto come mi auguravo. Ottima posizione x spostarsi a visitare Perugia, assisi e le belle cittadine umbre. Ponte san Giovanni non ha molti da offrire è un punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni. Per chi ama correre c'è la ciclabile lungo il Tevere molto carina.

Im Mai 2025 haben wir eine Woche bei Federica verbracht - es war eine wunderschöne Zeit Die Wohnung ist geräumig, top sauber und in Wirklichkeit schöner, als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die große Terrasse, wo man direkt auf den schönen Olivengarten blickt. Eine ruhige Umgebung, die Lage aber perfekt um die Gegend zu erkunden. 15 Autominuten nach Perugia - aber Umbrien ist nicht nur Perugia: Assisi- einfach ein Muss, dann auch z.B. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello u.v.m. Fantastische Architektur, Kirchen, Paläste, Museen mit unzähligen Meisterwerken von Künstlern, von den man sonst nur in den Büchern oder Katalogen lesen kann. Unsere Gastgeberin- Federica ist eine außergewöhnlich freundliche, nette und hilfsbereite Person, sie hat uns viele interessante Tipps gegeben, die unseren Urlaub sehr bereichert haben. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert- man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause- wir würden jederzeit gerne zurückkommen. Unsere Bewertung 5 Sterne + Liebe Grüße von Joanna und Bogdan.

Sehr schönes Häuschen mit Garten in toller Lage! Man hat absolute Privatsphäre und Ruhe und ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten mitten im Zentrum! Die Einrichtung ist schön, die Küche zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Dante hat auf Anfragen super schnell reagiert. Herzlichen Dank! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Perugia!!

Wir waren 4 Tage vor Ort und es war einfach traumhaft. Die Anreise war problemlos und Flavia hat uns sehr herzlich vor Ort empfangen. Nach einem kurzen Rundgang durchs Haus und einer kurzen Einweisung konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Ein Zettel mit Restaurant Empfehlungen und Ausflugszielen lag auf dem Tisch bereit. Nach einem kurzen Gewitter hatten wir Stromausfall, aber Flavia war sofort erreichbar und innerhalb 5min hatten wir auch wieder Strom. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für jeden empfehlen, der sich nach Ruhe sehnt und die Natur genießen möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Lovely location, beautiful air BnB and a wonderful Italian family. Was so lovely to meet the family, swim in the pool and get takeaway pizza and local wine delivered from the nearby village and sat out on the terrace watching the sun set. Thankyou for a lovely stay!

Posto fantastico, casa molto bella ci siamo stati comodamente in 7 con 3 bagni tra l’altro non ci sono problemi… casa pulita ordinata e molto spaziosa. La stanza dei giochi è piaciuta tantissimo sopratutto alla mia bimba di 4 anni che sarebbe restata lì tutto il tempo invece di venire in giro con noi. Giardino esterno bellissimo, con tanti giochi molto amati dai bimbi e tutto ciò che serve per mangiare e grigliare e infatti ne abbiamo approfittato. I padroni di casa estremamente gentili e disponibili sia per quanto riguarda la casa che per i consigli che ci hanno dato sui dintorni da visitare. Se dovessi tornare da quelle parti sicuramente ci piacerebbe tornare in questa casa. Spettacolo!

Alessandro is a very nice and thoughtful host. The place and the view is great. It has everything you need for your trip (probably best for couples or on your own). Having a car is almost non negotiable but that also makes it very calm and quiet. Groceries and some great ice cream are close by. Can only recommend!

Èèn week volop genoten met onze baby van 10 maanden van de accomodatie, wat een rust. Heerlijk groot zwembad die maar gedeeld hoeft te worden met één ander stel. In elke kamer kan er afzonderlijk gebruik worden gemaakt van de airco. De host zelf was niet aanwezig maar het contact verliep uitstekend via de chat en zijn Italiaans sprekende vader woont op het complex. De auto staat geparkeerd op het privé terrein achter een gesloten hek. Kleine feedback puntjes zijn het bed (erg hard en kort). Basisbenodigdheden zoals kruiden zal een meerwaarde hebben. Wij raden deze accomodatie iedereen aan die geniet van rust maar ook uitstapjes wil ondernemen.

Ons verblijf bij dit agriturismo was subliem. De gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid van de hardwerkende mensen hier was hartverwarmend. Je voelt direct dat ze hun werk met liefde en passie doen, zowel voor de gasten als voor de prachtige natuur die hen omringt. De sfeer is authentiek en ontspannen, en het is duidelijk dat er veel zorg wordt besteed aan elk detail. Van de heerlijk verse producten tot de comfortabele en sfeervolle accommodaties, alles draagt bij aan een onvergetelijke ervaring. Wij kunnen dit agriturismo van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een plek waar mens en natuur in perfecte harmonie samenkomen. We kijken ernaar uit om hier in de toekomst opnieuw te mogen verblijven!

Luisa and her mum were amazing. Kept in touch on our arrival day and were waiting in garden when we arrived. We were shown around and everything explained. To be honest, I don’t think the photos do it justice, the place is outstanding. The views are incredible and so peaceful on an evening to sit on terrace after a busy day sightseeing and a refreshing swim. I would highly recommend and we hope to visit again in the future.

A quiet place go to everywhere around Assisi and Perugia. You have your privacy and realy need a good car to go there uphill. We had a wonderful time in the familyhouse.

It was our first time visiting Perugia. Ida’s place was in a perfect location! It is right in the Centro Storica and within 5 minutes you can walk to Piazza Novembre. We would definitely stay with Ida again on future trips. Thank you!
