Vacation rentals with breakfast in Perugia

Die Unterkunft ist ganz im Zentrum von Montepulciano gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend. Von dort aus kann man Montepulciano perfekt besichtigen und die Zeit genießen. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und wir haben nichts zu kritisieren. Wir haben nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt dort gehab und empfehlen Riccardos Unterkunft für alle, die Montepulciano besuchen wollen. Es war alles prima!

This was an amazing place to stay! The house is very close to everything in Assisi. The rooms were spacious and private and very comfortable. Fabio and his mom were very friendly and covered the check-in in detail with lots of suggestions in the area and making sure we were taken care of well.

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

Amazing place and would definitely be our number one place to stay when we return. Clean and spotless with luxuries like slippers are provided and some breakfast items too. Even a UK-Italy plug converter! Loved it! Thank you to Lucia, Luca and your mum! xx

집이 너무 넓고 예뻐요! 우리를 잘 맞아주었고 맛있는 아침도 준비해줬어요! 숙소에서 시간을 더 못 보낸 게 아쉬워요.

Unsere beiden Gastgeber waren sehr nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die umliegenden Städte wie Assisi und Spello zu erkunden.

Mario and Serena are great hosts. The welcomed us and everything is available in the house. Coffee, tea, biscuits etc. We really felt at home.

Jolanta e la sua casa sono una vera scoperta ! Il posto è meraviglioso, immerso nel borgo di Cetona, con una vista mozzafiato. Jolanta è attenta e premurosa come una vera mamma. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati e assolutamente torneremo presto per goderci di più i dintorni meravigliosi. Consigliamo assolutamente, speriamo di vederci presto !!

Anna was one of the kindest hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She picked us up from the free parking lot so we wouldn’t have to walk uphill with our bags, helped us to the apartment, and provided recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotless and had the most beautiful view of the valley below. It is right down the street from the main piazza and was steps away from great restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

The apartment is right at the main entrance to Assisi. It is quiet, clean, and just the right size for my wife and teenage daughter. The kitchen was clean and had some croissants to eat. Coffee and Moka to make it available. One large bottle of water in the fridge was a relief to have on arrival. While there is no air conditioning, the big stone house stayed cool enough despite 90 degree weather. The fans helped keep it cool enough to sleep. The beds were comfortable enough for us. The bathroom was clean with a rather large shower by Italian standards. Barbara’s dinner recommendations were excellent…we ate at one of them two nights in a row! The apartment is walking distance to every in the centro storico. Overall a clean, private and convenient place to stay whilst in Assisi!

Ottimo soggiorno in questo appartamento a circa 20-25 minuti a piedi dal centro. Silvia host molto simpatica e cordiale prova subito a metterti a tuo agio ed é molto disponibile nel fornirti aiuto se ti manca qualcosa in casa. Carino il giardinetto suo retro che può essere usato liberamente; ottimo il parcheggio incluso nella prenotazione esattamente di fronte alla struttura. Consigliato

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay here, the breakfast is delicious, and the host Renata is very friendly and helpful and gave us good recommendations. The room was very clean too. I recommend to use the pool and the free bike rentals at this property which we unfortunately couldn't due to running out of time (visited so many cities/places around this area and always came back late at night) which I regret now. Tip: on Google Maps, the address will take you to the correct street but the airbnb home is on your left side and not the right side as Google Maps says (after you turn left into the alley of the final destination pin). Drive down a bit further and there should be a gate on your left side to enter the parking area.

Annalisa muchísimas gracias por la atención que tuviste con nosotros. El apartamento tan lindo y lleno de detalles, super limpio y cómodo, fue como quedarse en casa. Apreciamos mucho tu cordialidad y el afecto con que haces las cosas. Recomendamos muchísimo tu B&B, ojalá volver el próximo año para disfrutar las bellezas de Orvieto.

Uno de los mejores alojamientos en que hemos estado. El edificio en un antiguo torreón medieval con jardín con vistas al lago, totalmente reformado y muy cómodo en el interior. La habitación bonita y muy limpia, todo perfecto y muy profesional. Lo mejor de todo, el trato de Mónica, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto, nos recogió en la estación, nos dio recomendaciones sobre el pueblo y a la salida nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta la hora de nuestro tren. Los desayunos fantásticos, se adaptó a mis necesidades de comida sin gluten. Muchas gracias por todo, si volvemos a la zona nos alojaremos aquí otra vez sin duda!

Benedetta and her husband were truly wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their proactive communication and genuine hospitality made everything feel effortless and so much fun. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We can’t wait to visit them again on our next trip!

I had a 5-star experience all around with this Airbnb. If you book a different place, you will be missing out on one of the best experiences possible in Perugia. Location: perfect - quiet street in the old town center. Host: so kind, accommodating, open to conversation, helpful, and actively involved in making your stay memorable. I will come back to this B&B.

ottima struttura in località tranquilla appena fuori dal centro storico di Assisi. Posizione ideale per visitare la zona. Nonostante il periodo invernale, l'appartamento era caldo e accogliente. Consigliato.

メイン通りに面していて、フニコラーレにも大聖堂にも行きやすいです。そしてホストはフレンドリーで全てにおいて完璧でした。階段がありますが運んでくれました。バスルームも広く独立していて、かつ自分だけが使用できます。次回もここに泊まりたいです。

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo B&B per due notti. Il posto è magnifico con una vista spettacolare su Perugia e le colline circostanti. Lamberto e Francesca sono gentilissimi e molto simpatici, ci hanno deliziati con una colazione ricca e curata, con una vista pazzesca. La casa è magnifica e la nostra camera era pulitissima e molto carina. È stato un bellissimo soggiorno e se ritorneremo in zona pernotteremo di nuovo qui. Un grazie di cuore a Lamberto e Francesca per averci ospitati nella loro casa, non vediamo l’ora di tornare!
