Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Pensacola

This was a great place for us - we had a wonderful time - it's centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood, on a canal where you can fish and trap crabs.... we just had so much fun sitting out and enjoying the deck and also watching the guys fish. Krystal was very gracious and was a great host. They have items you wouldn't normally have access to such as items for toddlers and children, which was nice so as to not have to travel with bulky items you will always need for a toddler. Our grandson LOVED being outside. We loved our time there, being able to visit with family at the house and in the Milton area. We definitely plan to rent again when in the area. Thank you for everything! It was a wonderful time.

Loved our stay! Cute and close to all the fun beach things. Open space living area into kitchen made it nice for our baby to walk around freely.

Things we loved: - the house is well stocked with everything we needed! Thank you! -the beds were comfortable! Everyone slept well! -the pack in play was awesome to have! -the couch was super comfortable -the grill was awesome to have! -the pickleball court and pool made for so many amazing memories! - the foosball table was awesome! The kids loved playing all of those games! What a great touch! We will definitely be back. It’s the perfect house for a family vacation!

From the onset of our arrival at Midtown my family and I were blown away by the accurate descriptions listed with the venue. Especially the prestine cleanliness of the home! Jeffrey's place has every ammenity one could think of. Our family will defintely be visiting Jeffrey's place at Midtown Pensacola again!

We loved our stay at April’s house! The house was perfect for us, our 3 teenagers, and our dog. We loved the neighborhood and Gulf Breeze! The neighborhood was quiet and very pedestrian-friendly while only being a short drive to the beach. The large fenced-in backyard was great! A large, spacious deck, tall privacy fence, and a trampoline for the kids - perfect! We highly recommend April’s place!

My family enjoyed our stay at Pensa-Cozy immensely! It was so clean and homey, and the place was a close enough to beaches, grocery stores, and local events while still being peaceful and quiet. Michelle was so sweet and communicative, and check in/out was a breeze! I highly reccommend this lovely place!

Family of 4 plus one small pup all enjoyed a wonderful staycation with a beautiful pool, yard, house, and location. Beautiful space with lots of lights. Very clean, easy to location, host communicated very quick, and would be willing to stay again in the future. We were overall really impressed. There is only one thing I would change. All of the beds were comfortable EXCEPT THE KING. Time for a new king mattress or just add a 4” memory foam. Other than that it was absolutely amazing. Crystal was sweet and we enjoyed her company and the tour to show us how everything worked. Thanks for the extra paper towels and Wow, no one ever gives free laundry soap. Bathroom showers even had shampoo conditioner body wash in dispensers. Free Qtips! I could have left half the stuff I packed at home. The toys and noodles were a hit with the grands. The humongous mirror made the living room TV visible from anywhere! It was Way Cool! We will definitely be back!!! Thanks so much.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were great with recommendations and the accommodations were the perfect place to cool off and wind down after spending the day at the beach.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

We had a wonderful experience. The location was nice, it had a beautiful view of the beach, and it was clean. All of the little details, including the snacks and vinyl collection, were appreciated as well. Benton also let us check in a couple of hours early which was very convenient for us.

We really enjoyed this condo! The view was amazing the pictures were exact. The town is lovely the space was accommodating for 6 adults one teenager and one infant. We definitely recommend and would stay here again

This is our second time staying at one of Gary’s properties and it did not disappoint. Beautiful interior, all the amenities that you would need and only a short drive to the beach. Perfect for vacation :)

Tony had a wonderful property manager to communicate with during our stay. Cynthia was super responsive, friendly & helpful. the kitchen had EVERYTHING our large family needed. The luxury roll our beds were perfect for our use and thr beachfront patio hot tub was a favorite among us. Breakfast in the resort was accessible to owners only- not weekly renters so that was a bummer but outside Tony's control. We had a beautiful BEAUTIFUL luxury stay here.
