A spacious private suite with its own private entrance, separate from the house. We are usually on the property, but often do not see our guests. The suite entrance is at the end of the drive, & driveway open for your use. Quiet and secluded neighborhood across the street from a park with a 1/2-mile treed walking path with benches and play equipment. Close to the airport, shopping, & 12 miles to the beautiful Pensacola beaches! Queen Bed Pack & Play or Twin Air mattress available upon request.

The Rooftop Loft of Barcelona

A former artist studio converted to a comfortable retreat space in the North Hill neighborhood of Pensacola. Within a mile of Downtown Pensacola... the location is tough to beat! This cozy space is perfect for two, and is high up overlooking the treetops and rooftops of historic Pensacola. The high ceilings make the loft feel spacious, and the large windows fill the space with natural light. We do make a special request that guests walk softly after 10:00pm (we sleep below 😴). We welcome you!

Centrally located, over sized in-law style guest suite. Minutes to the airport, Bay Center, downtown- easy drive to Pensacola Beach and Naval Air Station. One true bedroom with a large bathroom, large living room with kitchenette, TV, wifi, queen sized sofa bed with memory foam mattress. Outside smoking area. Private entry and parking located at the rear of the home. Owners live on site in completely separate, but attached quarters. THIS LISTING DOES NOT ALLOW ANIMALS DUE TO OWNER ALLERGIES.
