This place is right on the beach. Also close to the elevator and beach/pool entrance. Excellent view from the balcony. Jim was proactive on making sure we had no trouble. Highly recommend.

The location was great and the beach was not crowded. The kitchen had all of the pans and utensils you needed. Beach toys and other extras were available. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. Quinn recommended Scooters Fish House in Navarre which was very good. If we return to Navarre Beach we would stay at Quinn’s again if it is available.

It’s a wonderful beach and beautiful surroundings. The pool was a nice size. It didn’t feel overcrowded. The balcony with the table and chairs had a great view of the ocean.

Christie was an amazing host so helpful and friendly. The place had beautiful views and had access to pools and the beach! Perfect get a way and relaxing place!

Quaint beachside condo. I loved that the building wasn’t nearly as huge as other nearby properties which made check-in, checkout, and elevator wait time easy breezy. Condo had all the things to make you feel right at home. Only ‘issue’ we had was no window treatments in living room and very sheer drapes in the Master, and the sun is very bright in the morning. Jennie was very responsive to any question I had! All around, great unit!

Such a great stay!! Martha's condo is exactly as described, and she was super helpful and responsive. We noticed the fridge wasn't cooling as it should be, and 3 hours later someone had been out and the problem was fixed. We were amazed with how responsive and attentive she was to fix a very small problem. The condo itself was super cute, clean, just as described and the views from the balcony were gorgeous! A quick walk to several different places to eat (all of which were amazing- live music and kareoke through the evening), and easy access to the pool and the beach. The private boardwalk to the beach included showers- a huge plus! The condo had everything you could need, including an entire closet of beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and kids beach toys- you will need nothing!!! our family will definitely be back!

Great place close beach and local spots yet plenty of privacy and quiet! Even caught an awesome view of the blue angels flying low enough it felt like I could touch them!

Scott’s place was great , starting with cleanliness, the view of beachfront. Scott was a Very helpful/ responsive host. Feel like home. Will recommend and will be staying again soon !

The place was very clean and the entrance to the beach was directly in front of the airbnb. Amazing spot, plus it gave a comfortable coastal home vibe. Would recommend staying here!

This is a beautiful condo in a great area! The beach is lovely but not overcrowded. The unit is roomy and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you need… more than most Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The beds are super comfy, there were lots of towels, and the living room furniture is the best (leather couches with recliners). The balcony is roomy and has nice furniture. Honestly the only “complaint” is that some of the appliances could use updating but otherwise this place was perfect! We would definitely stay again.

April was very accommodating, let us arrive early, responded to inquiries. The house was immaculate and very, very dog friendly. I would recommend this house 100%.

Mike and Shari were wonderful hosts. They were both extremely responsive, gave suggestions about things to do in the area and were as flexible as possible with us. There was even a whole shed of all you could need for the beach. Would definitely recommend this to a small group (we were 2 adults/2 kids).

Me and my boyfriend make an annual trip down to Pensacola Beach and this was our first time staying at Nancy’s place and it was perfect! Her space had all the amenities you need like beach chairs, toys, beach towels, and dishes for cooking! It’s across the street from beach and an easy walk. The pool was also a nice touch and the view of the bay from the balcony was great. All the restaurants are within a 5 minute drive with a little convenience store minutes away as well. Nancy is also super kind and gave great recommendations and had clear communication! We will definitely try to book her space for next year as well!

We had a wonderful stay here. I grew up going to Portofino with my family, and wanted to take my own children. Check in is super easy, the room was clean with a beautiful view. Easy access to the pool and beach. I would definitely recommend!

Spent the week here for a birthday retreat. Excellent location. Walk to restaurants, bars. Excellent spa within the resort and a sauna and steam room that you can use whenever you would like. Great price for all the value included. We will be back.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. It really felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay in this condo was exactly what we wanted and needed! Everything was perfect for us. We did this trip for our 36th Anniversary!❤️ We were so pleased with the view of the beach! Just that alone was so relaxing and enjoyable! We will definitely be back! It’s an amazing feeling of freedom and peace. This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and it immediately felt like our home away from home again. The house is very well cleaned, everything is easy to find and the bathrooms and kitchen are well stocked too. The back deck feels very private and my kids love being able to fish the canal. The kayaks available in the garage are always an added bonus. We hope to be back again!

The house was peaceful and in a quiet historic neighborhood. Dick had bikes available for us and even offered a bike tour! The house had plenty of amenities, we didn’t need anything because it was all there! The bedrooms were beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend this house!

We had such a lovely time on this beautiful property. Very spacious and clean with a beautiful patio view. The facility was great with lots to do. Elevators were a bit slow at times due to amount of people at the resort. Only complaint was the lack of supplies provided ie no salt and pepper, only 1 dish towel, only one trash bag. Other than that it was a 10/10 experience. Host was very responsive and kind. We will definitely be back to this lovely stay!

Pictures do not do the place justice. Much larger than the listing makes it seem. Amazing spot, across from a great section of beach, with the best restaurant on the island right next door.
