My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

Magnífico lugar histórico, magnífica anfitriona: Caterina estuvo pendiente de nosotros siempre,la comunicación era muy rápida y ella es maravillosa,sin agobios,pero siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. Unser Familienurlaub (4 Personen) an diesem Ort war ein absoluter Traum und in Wirklichkeit noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. Das gesamte Anwesen ist makellos sauber und strahlt eine wunderbare, friedliche Atmosphäre aus. Für unsere Kinder und uns war der Pool vor der atemberaubenden Bergkulisse das tägliche Highlight – ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und gleichzeitig aktiv zu sein. Wir haben die Gegend auf mehreren wunderschönen Wandertouren erkundet. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber: Chris und Joanna sind unglaublich warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

המארחים היו אדיבים וחביבים מאוד ועזרו במה שבקשנו, הדירה סופר נוחה , גדולה ועם כל מה שצריך לשהות . סופרים במרחק של מס' דקות נסיעה, הנוף מהדירה הראה את כל מה שיפה באיזור הכפרי. שקט מאוד. המיקום היה מאוד נוח לטיול כוכב באיזור של אמיליה רומניה.

Federica’s home was absolutely amazing. We were welcomed with genuine hospitality and treated with the utmost respect. The house was in perfect condition and offered several beautiful, relaxing outdoor spaces. We've stayed in many vacation rentals, but this was by far the best—so comfortable and inviting, we truly felt like family.

We had a wonderful stay at Alberto’s place. The country location perfectly met our needs. It is easy to catch a train from Reggio-Emilia to visit Bologna. Modena is also just a day trip. Alberto recommended a tour of a parmigiano reggiano dairy farm and production center which was so fun and interesting, and only a fifteen minute drive from the house. The sparkling clean house is spacious with very modern bathrooms, large comfortable bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. During the hot weather, we were pleased that the house felt cool. Fans in each bedroom let us sleep comfortably. Alberto told us that he is having air conditioning installed in the next few weeks. A gift of lettuce and berries from the garden was much appreciated. We enjoyed taking sunset neighborhood walks each evening of our stay. We very much recommend a stay at Alberto’s farmhouse.

We stayed for 2 days at Silvias lovely house and wish we could have stayed for longer. It has been beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you need for a special stay. Everything was SUPER clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in (and is huge!). Silvia and her husband are really thoughtful, friendly and helpful, with lots of suggestions for the area. Good walks and cycle routes from the door. There is a small pottery nearby where the ceramicist will provide private lessons, and of course there are lots of opportunities to buy prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano! This was a wonderful, relaxing stay and we highly, highly recommend Silvias house. thank you Silvia and Joris xx

Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend nell'appartamento di Giacomo in occasione di un grande evento all'RCF Arena. La sistemazione si è rivelata perfetta per le nostra necessità: pulita, ordinata e dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari (anche per soggiorni più lunghi, volendo). Inoltre si trova in una posizione comoda per poter raggiungere l'arena. La vera chicca sono il patio ed il giardino esterno, dove si ha la possibilità di rilassarsi o pranzare piacevolmente all'aperto. Inoltre la casa è molto fresca: nonostante il clima caldo di fine Giugno, non abbiamo mai dovuto usufruire dell'aria condizionata. Giacomo è stato gentilissimo, ci ha dato tanti suggerimenti sulla zona e per poter organizzare al meglio gli spostamenti vero l'arena. Vivamente consigliato!

La tenuta è semplicemente incantevole, ristrutturata finemente e con gusto. Gli spazi sono ambi, il mobilio ricercato, i bagni fantastici e i servizi accessori consentono di godersi pienamente l'esperienza. Una particolare nota di merito a Anna e Barbara, che ci hanno accolti e fatti sentire come a casa, prodigandosi (sempre con il sorriso) per soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Particolare nota di merito per la colazione, davvero super.

Comodo al parcheggio gratuito e con Eurospar a pochi passi. Tutto come da descrizione. Mi sono trovata bene. Lo riprenderei.

Appartamento ben ristrutturato, pulito e completo di tutto. Elettrodomestici e stoviglie nuove. Fornito di tutto ciò che può servire nella quotidianità. Un punto di riferimento per chi deve alloggiare a Cremona, vicino alla Società Canottieri Baldesio. Alberto è molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile. Vivamente consigliato

The landlord was very friendly and always responded to our questions. The room was also very clean and comfortable, which made our trip to Modena a memorable one.

Bardzo czyste i przyjemne mieszkanko na parterze z ogródkiem. Okolica cicha. Bliziutko dwie bardzo fajne knajpki El Bajon i Artaj. Bardzo blisko do centrum na spacery. Bardzo dobry kontakt online z właścicielem - szybko odpowiada i reaguje na prośby. Poecam ten apartament za rozsądne pieniądze w świetnej lokalizacji w Parmie.

Claudios Wohnung liegt auf der anderen Seite des Parma-Flusses ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt an einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße. Die Wohnung mit zwei kleinen Terrassen erstreckt sich über drei Etagen und hat Charme. Sie ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Ein kleines Manko ist das Fehlen eines Parkplatzes, wir sind letztlich aber am Parco Ducale fündig geworden (gebührenpflichtig). Wegen Mücken im Sommer sollte man die Fenster lieber geschlossen halten- prima, dass es eine Klimaanlage gab. Claudio war auch so nett, uns auf unsere Bitte einen späten Checkout zu ermöglichen. Empfehlenswert!

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Unterkunft. Warme und herzliche Gastgeber*innen, wir haben viele Tipps bekommen. Auto nötig, um die vielen schönen Plätze und leckeren Restaurants zu erreichen.

casa come da descrizione, nuova e in una zona tranquilla con facilità di parcheggio. non si in centro a Parma, raggiungibile in 15 mins di auto, ma sei vicinissimo alle tangenziali per muoverti liberamente in zona. la casa è nuova e provvista di tutto. Nicola è super reattivo e disponibilissimo. ottima esperienza

Giulia is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. The apartment has its own charm with antiques and a lovely patio off the main living area. Sit back and relax, while enjoying the birds chirping and the lovely green space. A great place to relax after a big day of touring. The bed is quite large and very comfortable. The apartment is a lot larger than the pictures show and perfect for a couple or even a family. It has everything you need for your stay. Giulia no longer offers any breakfast items or cooking supplies, but the espresso is welcomed in the morning. Our stay was very comfortable and it was nice to to stay in a quiet home-away-from home while travelling.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was wonderful. In the center of everything and walkable to everywhere. There are dozens of stores and restaurants surrounding it and we felt part of the city. The balcony was a huge plus! We enjoyed sitting out there and taking in the sights and sounds of the street. Even during the hot summer, the balcony was cool and shaded later in the day, just in time for a glass of wine. The air conditioner cooled the apartment down well. Enrico was very quick to respond to us and answer our questions. He went out of his was to help us and we appreciated it!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Jacopo per festeggiare i 30 anni dalla nostra Maturità, eravamo in 8 amici che cercavano un spazio verde , ampio dove trascorrere del tempo e fare una grigliata ascoltando musica. La casa è un ex fienile ristrutturato ampio e con un carattere bucolico ricercato. La casa è ben attrezzata, gli oggetti della casa regalano uno stile proprio ed interessante che odora di viaggi passati, l'aria condizionata è presente ed efficace. Travi a vista verniciate di bianco regalano luce, la vista sulla campagna è un acquarello d'autore, lo spazio esterno deliziato dal profumo di tiglio e da una vite americana che avvolge la dimora sono un soffio di benessere. Jacopo ci ha permesso di anticipare il check in è si è dimostrato empatico e di supporto in un paio di occasioni. La casa ha un posteggio comodo e coperto dove lasciare l'auto e la notte grilli e lucciole ti catapultano in un altra dimensione.

La mamma di Cristian, che ci ha accolto, è stata molto cordiale. Faceva molto caldo il giorno del nostro arrivo ma la signora ci ha fatto trovare l'alloggio freschissimo avendo acceso il condizionatore prima che arrivassimo e fornito dell'acqua per rinfrescarci dal viaggio. Il terrazzo su cui fare colazione era veramente bello e la zona tranquilla. Il parcheggio nel comprensorio chiuso ci ha permesso di visitare la città senza preoccupazioni. Soggiorno perfetto. Consigliato.
