Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Parma

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality much more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic to escape the ordinary and be active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

The hosts were very kind and friendly and helped with what we asked, the apartment is super comfortable, large and with everything you need to stay. Supermarkets are a few minutes' drive away, the view from the apartment showed all the beauty of the countryside. Very quiet. The location was very convenient for a trip to the area of Emilia Romania.

We booked at very short notice and Romina made it possible! She welcomed us very warmly and explained everything really well, even a bottle of wine was cold for us. She is very friendly and her tips were great! We would never have tried the food truck and it was soooo delicious! She was always available and asked how we were doing. The furnishings are lovingly selected, everything fits together. From the glasses to the large mural in the bedroom, everything is very harmonious We would book with Romina again anytime.

A fun unique stay! The team is amazing and very welcoming. The description is correct. There is a pretty good hike up to the tower and there are steep stairs. However, the team will help with luggage to the tower at check in and back to your car at check out. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were so nice! I noticed the first night how fresh the bedding smelled. These things made the stay more home-like.

We had a fantastic stay and were very sad to leave. We have young children and it was great to let them experience nature in a safe and friendly environment. The hosts made us feel so welcome and arranged local horse riding which was excellent. We were also able to try out making pizza with the pizza oven. We found plenty of things to do within driving distance but also really enjoyed our days spent relaxing and playing at the property. Borgo Val Di Taro has some great little shops, restaurants, park and a particularly good gelato shop (Dolce Neve) which was a highlight. We leave feeling relaxed and inspired. It was great to meet such a warm and lovely family.

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

Warm welcome in an intimate cottage in the tranquility of nature a few kilometers from Pietre Perduca and Parcellaria. Splendid views. Silence, woods and hills. Clean and comfortable rooms, heated by a magnificent pellet fireplace. Rustic and tasteful furnishings. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

ground floor flat, just under the guest's parents residence. Lovely garden (including a friends dog) and quite spacious. Location is great if you have a car, otherwise quite far away from the nearest village. The flat could benefit from a washing machine

This was our second stay at Pinuccia's lovely B&B and we were just as enamored. It is just outside the old part of Castell Arquarto, easy to walk into town. The amenities are excellent - she has thought of everything one could need or want, including a delicious homemade cake. The refrigerator is well stocked and she makes sure there is plenty to snack on, as well as for breakfast. Everything is spotless, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. Pinuccia is a wonderful host - friendly, welcoming, and respectful of your privacy. We will always choose her B&B when in the area!

The estate is simply enchanting, finely and tastefully renovated. The spaces are large, the furniture refined, the bathrooms fantastic and the additional services allow you to fully enjoy the experience. A special note of merit to Anna and Barbara, who welcomed us and made us feel at home, doing their best (always with a smile) to satisfy all our requests. Special mention for breakfast, really great.

A very clean and welcoming apartment on the ground floor with a garden. Quiet neighborhood. Close to two very cool eateries El Bajon and Artaj. Very close to downtown for walking. Very good online contact with the owner - he responds quickly and responds to requests. I clean this apartment for a reasonable amount of money in a great location in Parma.

House on two floors just renovated, everything brand new, very clean and in order. In a quiet and peaceful area. Parking space inside the very useful courtyard. Denis is a nice host, available and attentive to the guest. I would highly recommend staying in this house.

Beautiful village about 40 minutes from Reggio Emilia. The owner Lilia was very nice from the moment we arrived, putting us at ease. The house had everything you needed. Very quiet place.

The host helped us checkin even though it was 11 pm at night. She was extremely proactive and kind . The place was super clean with great comfy beds and temperature regulated. The entire house was spotless and we loved it. The host was kind enough to even keep some yummy cookies and chocolates!!! We loved our stay!

The house is really nice and cozy, complete with all the necessary amenities, well connected and with an amazing balcony.

We went to Finding Friends in Rivergaro, and found Davide's place in a great foothold. I begin by your full availability to meet the need with our dogs with us for an unexpected inconvenience. The accommodation is in the center of the country, on the top floor of a building that is easily accessed by elevator. The apartment is pleasantly furnished and very hospitable, as well as very clean. On two opposite sides it has two terraces, on one you can admire the beginning of the beautiful hills of Val trebbia on the other The Madonna del Castello sanctuary. The apartment is comfortably arranged to easily reach the various supermarkets and has at its feet the lively Piazza Paolo where you can have breakfast, an aperitif or dinner. For those who love to walk a few steps you can access the river park or with a few minutes from Macchina you can reach Bobbio in the middle of Val Trebbia, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. We will be back 🙂

Giulia is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. The apartment has its own charm with antiques and a lovely patio off the main living area. Sit back and relax, while enjoying the birds chirping and the lovely green space. A great place to relax after a big day of touring. The bed is quite large and very comfortable. The apartment is a lot larger than the pictures show and perfect for a couple or even a family. It has everything you need for your stay. Giulia no longer offers any breakfast items or cooking supplies, but the espresso is welcomed in the morning. Our stay was very comfortable and it was nice to to stay in a quiet home-away-from home while travelling.

Our time at Jacopo's place was so lovely! The accommodation is very special and ideal for those who want some peace and quiet green. The house is really something very special, not only because of the detailed furnishings and the magnificent view, but because of the great garden around it. We loved cooking with the great view and eating outside on the terrace. Thank you Jacopo for everything, we felt very welcome!

Great apartment with wonderful hosts. Even though we arrived very late Christian’s mother was very welcoming and showed us around the apartment. Would highly recommend
