Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Divano letto molto comodo, TV, tavolo da pranzo e bagno con doccia. All’esterno davanti all’ingresso piccolo salottino con tavolino e sedie.

Dista circa 20 minuti dal casello autostradale di Reggiolo/Rolo e dal casello di Pegognaga e circa 25 minuti da quello di Reggio Emilia. Per chi viaggia in aereo ad un'ora dall'aeroporto di Bologna e Verona.
