Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Parma

My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

Magnificent historic place, magnificent host: Caterina was always attentive to us, communication was very fast and she is wonderful, without being overwhelming, but always ready to help us. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in an authentic place, in direct contact with nature and with the best possible host. We will definitely be back. A big hug to Caterina

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality much more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic to escape the ordinary and be active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

The hosts were very kind and friendly and helped with what we asked, the apartment is super comfortable, large and with everything you need to stay. Supermarkets are a few minutes' drive away, the view from the apartment showed all the beauty of the countryside. Very quiet. The location was very convenient for a trip to the area of Emilia Romania.

Federica’s home was absolutely amazing. We were welcomed with genuine hospitality and treated with the utmost respect. The house was in perfect condition and offered several beautiful, relaxing outdoor spaces. We've stayed in many vacation rentals, but this was by far the best—so comfortable and inviting, we truly felt like family.

We had a wonderful stay at Alberto’s place. The country location perfectly met our needs. It is easy to catch a train from Reggio-Emilia to visit Bologna. Modena is also just a day trip. Alberto recommended a tour of a parmigiano reggiano dairy farm and production center which was so fun and interesting, and only a fifteen minute drive from the house. The sparkling clean house is spacious with very modern bathrooms, large comfortable bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. During the hot weather, we were pleased that the house felt cool. Fans in each bedroom let us sleep comfortably. Alberto told us that he is having air conditioning installed in the next few weeks. A gift of lettuce and berries from the garden was much appreciated. We enjoyed taking sunset neighborhood walks each evening of our stay. We very much recommend a stay at Alberto’s farmhouse.

We stayed for 2 days at Silvias lovely house and wish we could have stayed for longer. It has been beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you need for a special stay. Everything was SUPER clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in (and is huge!). Silvia and her husband are really thoughtful, friendly and helpful, with lots of suggestions for the area. Good walks and cycle routes from the door. There is a small pottery nearby where the ceramicist will provide private lessons, and of course there are lots of opportunities to buy prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano! This was a wonderful, relaxing stay and we highly, highly recommend Silvias house. thank you Silvia and Joris xx

The estate is simply enchanting, finely and tastefully renovated. The spaces are large, the furniture refined, the bathrooms fantastic and the additional services allow you to fully enjoy the experience. A special note of merit to Anna and Barbara, who welcomed us and made us feel at home, doing their best (always with a smile) to satisfy all our requests. Special mention for breakfast, really great.

Well-renovated apartment, clean and complete with everything. New appliances and dishes. Equipped with everything you need in everyday life. A point of reference for those who need to stay in Cremona, near the Società Canottieri Baldesio. Alberto is very friendly, kind and helpful. Highly recommended

The landlord was very friendly and always responded to our questions. The room was also very clean and comfortable, which made our trip to Modena a memorable one.

A very clean and welcoming apartment on the ground floor with a garden. Quiet neighborhood. Close to two very cool eateries El Bajon and Artaj. Very close to downtown for walking. Very good online contact with the owner - he responds quickly and responds to requests. I clean this apartment for a reasonable amount of money in a great location in Parma.

Claudio's apartment is on the other side of the Parma River, very close to the old town on a traffic-calmed street. The apartment with two small terraces spans three floors and has charm. It is equipped with everything you need. A small drawback is the lack of a parking space, but we ultimately found what we were looking for at Parco Ducale (subject to a fee). Because of mosquitoes in the summer, it is better to keep the windows closed - great that there was air conditioning. Claudio was also so kind as to allow us a late checkout at our request. Recommended!

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

Very nice, quiet place to stay. Warm and welcoming hosts, we got many tips. Car needed to reach the many beautiful places and delicious restaurants.

House as described, new and in a quiet area with easy parking. You are not in the center of Parma, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car, but you are very close to the ring roads to move freely in the area. The house is new and equipped with everything. Nicola is super responsive and very helpful. Great experience.

Giulia is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. The apartment has its own charm with antiques and a lovely patio off the main living area. Sit back and relax, while enjoying the birds chirping and the lovely green space. A great place to relax after a big day of touring. The bed is quite large and very comfortable. The apartment is a lot larger than the pictures show and perfect for a couple or even a family. It has everything you need for your stay. Giulia no longer offers any breakfast items or cooking supplies, but the espresso is welcomed in the morning. Our stay was very comfortable and it was nice to to stay in a quiet home-away-from home while travelling.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was wonderful. In the center of everything and walkable to everywhere. There are dozens of stores and restaurants surrounding it and we felt part of the city. The balcony was a huge plus! We enjoyed sitting out there and taking in the sights and sounds of the street. Even during the hot summer, the balcony was cool and shaded later in the day, just in time for a glass of wine. The air conditioner cooled the apartment down well. Enrico was very quick to respond to us and answer our questions. He went out of his was to help us and we appreciated it!

We stayed at Jacopo's to celebrate the 30th anniversary of our graduation. We were 8 friends looking for a large green space where we could spend time and have a barbecue while listening to music. The house is a large renovated barn with a refined bucolic character. The house is well equipped, the objects of the house give it its own and interesting style that smells of past travels, the air conditioning is present and effective. Exposed beams painted white give light, the view of the countryside is a watercolor by an artist, the outdoor space delighted by the scent of lime and an American vine that wraps around the house are a breath of well-being. Jacopo allowed us to check in early and was empathetic and supportive on a couple of occasions. The house has a convenient and covered parking space where you can leave your car, and at night, crickets and fireflies will catapult you into another dimension.

Great apartment with wonderful hosts. Even though we arrived very late Christian’s mother was very welcoming and showed us around the apartment. Would highly recommend
