Very special, secluded and quiet location in walking distance to the center of Scandiano. Michele is an artist with an eye for details. The house is filled with history and antique furniture, spotlessly clean and very comfortable even with AC in bedroom and living room. Is was a very authentic Italian experience for us and Michele is so kind and helpful! We missed a bit having a kitchen, but the restaurants around are amazing. For anyone seeking a real cultural experience while having great comfort, this is the place to go.

This was the most beautiful home I have ever stayed in. And Federica, the most wonderful gracious host. The house and its furnishings are magnificent. The amount of effort made by Federica to welcome and accommodate her guests was truly extraordinary. I only wish we had spent more time in Modena during. Our tour of Emilia Romagna. What can I say, a unique experience because the accommodation is located within a beautiful medieval village... not to mention the impeccable service from the cleanliness and modern furnishings of the accommodation, to the service of the very kind host. Upon arrival, we found his mother, who was very nice and kind, and also advised us on what to do. Very quiet area, you can also take beautiful excursions in the middle of nature and a few kilometers away to visit the Cinque Terre.

Crisitina and André are extremely kind. We asked for references to take a cooking class, visit a balsamic vinegar cellar and upon arrival, everything was already organized. It was more than I hoped for. For Hosts, it's a 12/10. You can't be disappointed with them! When you arrive, the landscape is breathtaking. For the house, it's a gem! It smells good, it's clean and we didn't want for anything. The accessories in the kitchen are quality, the bedrooms are large and comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful and clean. We had wood for a fireplace in the dining room. It was great! There were 6 of us and we never felt cramped. Yes, yes, I recommend these hosts and their beautiful home!

When you're in Paradise, it's hard to describe it. Everything is perfect.

The estate is simply enchanting, finely and tastefully renovated. The spaces are large, the furniture refined, the bathrooms fantastic and the additional services allow you to fully enjoy the experience. A special note of merit to Anna and Barbara, who welcomed us and made us feel at home, doing their best (always with a smile) to satisfy all our requests. Special mention for breakfast, really great.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Andreina apartment, a recently well renovated farmhouse furnished with a mixture of modern and historic pieces. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Mathieu and Simona live nearby and were very attentive to our stay. It is always a better experience when the owner lives nearby and tends to the property rather than using an agency. The surrounding area is beautiful. The apartment is perfect for those looking to relax and who are looking to do day trips in the surrounding area. It does require a car. Supplies are available about 10 minutes away in a nearby town.

We had a wonderful stay in Brescello at Mariacristina’s. Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the apartment was chic and clean with everything we needed, plus an adorable balcony. Our host was a warm, helpful and communicative. Thank you for your hospitality!

The apartment is newly renovated, carefully furnished and equipped with all the essentials (including air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine). The garden is extremely well maintained, inaccessible to cars and the pool is surrounded by greenery. Angela was very kind and helpful, the location is convenient for visiting several cities in the area. Recommended!

Maria Luisa is a delightful person and her home is very atmospheric with local character. It also has so many rooms that the first day I kept forgetting in what room I left something! Mantova (Mantua) is a beautiful and very interesting city and her home is within walking distance of countless stores, restaurants and tourist sights. Grazie, Maria Luisa!

Large apartment in the heart of downtown, all new and modern, very clean. Easy to find and very clear directions provided by Luca, discounts for parking, a great restaurant and one of the shipping companies that organize trips on the lakes of Mantua. Absolutely recommended

Absolutely perfect accommodation! The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood where there were nice neighbors. The apartment was clean, cozy (just like the photos), and Gabriele was a super host. He gave us a lot of tips and was very welcoming. We stayed with him for a week and thanks to this stay we fell in love with Modena and we will definitely be back someday🩷. And the big plus was the friendly and wonderful kitties in the area. 🤩

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. Lovely place, the pictures don’t do justice to the spectacular views and grounds. The view from the pool over the hills and mountains is incredible. We loved the location but it won’t suit everyone, it’s quite remote and we would definitely recommend some sort of 4 x 4 or SUV when hiring a car as the road leading up to it gets very bumpy and to get to the top of the mountain and appreciate the countryside it’s better to have a more capable vehicle.

i highly recommend this accommodation, the place is peaceful and the house has a lot of advantages, namely a cool and very nicely decorated house with all amenities. The village is a 20-minute walk away and offers all the services (restaurants, different shops, pharmacy...).To end, we were hosted very well by Elena .

We spent a few days here for New Year's, and it was absolutely wonderful. The place is cozy and beautifully furnished, surrounded by nature, which made it the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in the decor. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and the gorgeous outdoor space to its fullest. We were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Sabrina's house - the perfect place to really unwind. The kitchen is super equipped, we grilled, baked pizza and cooked a lot of good food - it was wonderful!
