Townhome vacation rentals in Palermo

Franco est resté disponible tout le long de notre séjour. Il nous a prêté 4 velos, c était très pratique pour aller a la belle plage de Mondello et pour faire les courses. Nous avons été très bien accueillis.

Das Gastgeberehepaar war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns abends auch noch mit Bier und Wein versorgt. Zum Bahnhof nach Bagheria läuft man 45 min und dann geht's in 10 min zum Zentralbahnhof in Palermo. Dort alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeberfrau lernt aktuell auch Deutsch spricht ganz ordentlich Englisch. Die Motorradparkplätze war 100 m in Sichtweite entfernt und sicher.

La casa è arredata con grande gusto. Adatta a famiglie con ragazzi per la smart tv, il wifi e la conformazione delle camere. Si trova in una zona tranquilla a poche centinaia di metri dalla spiaggia. A pochi passi c'è una piazzetta dove è possibile lasciare l'auto. Ad accoglierci la figlia di Flora, molto gentile ed accogliente. Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Nice and homely Bed & Breakfast in the very centre of Aspra, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The room has its own small balcony and shares a bathroom with another room on the same floor. The hosts serve lovely breakfasts in the morning. Make sure you take along mosquito repellents, as mosquitoes were abundant in the evenings (if you want to sit on the balcony). The only downside was that the room was relatively small, walls are thin so you could hear everything from the neighbouring room at night, and the shared bathroom is a bit of a problem in times of COVID-19, but the room offers good value for money and could be highly recommended.

Appartamento carino , semplice e molto confortevole. Davvero eccezionale lo spazio esterno e la posizione direttamente sul mare. Consigliatissimo per relax , sole e mare .

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht. Das Haus ist wundervoll, auch der Garten ist super. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in ungefähr 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Das war für uns deutlich besser als näher zu sein, denn dort ist es abends sehr laut und viel los. Davon haben wir im Haus nichts mitbekommen. Einzig bellende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft kann man hören, aber das ist hier normal. Das Haus war sauber, in der Küche war alles was wir benötigten. Der Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Eingangstor. Restaurants, Gelateria und eine Strasse mit allen Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen (Conad City, Fischhändler, Bäckerei, Apotheke, ...) sind in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben schnell auf Nachrichrichten reagiert. Also alles super!

Die Villa Castello ist die wunderbar für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll, äusserst hochwertig und sehr intelligent - es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Vom Föhn über Strandklappstühle bis Nudelsieb oder Poolhandtücher ist alles da. Sowohl der Innen- als auch der Aussenbereich mit Pool sind perfekt gepflegt. Die Lage ist ab vom Schuss, sehr ruhig und die unverbaute Aussicht hervorragend. Hervorheben möchte ich auch die Kommunikation mit Fabrizio: Sehr freundlich, hilfreich und schnell.

Fabrizio was a great host. One night, one of our doors broke and he drove all the way to the property to fix it himself. It was 11:30pm! He also booked us an amazing boat tour that took my family and I all over the Sicilian coast. The house itself was stunning. It's a shame we didn't spend more time there! The only downside was the WiFi. It was slow, but you won't want to work here anyways!

What a spectacular apartment! Giulia was a wonderful, friendly, and very responsive hostess who was very helpful in every way. The view was incredible and it was clean, bright, and modern. We loved staying here, and we also really enjoyed Mondello. Highly recommend!

Die Villa Armonia war unglaublich! Alles wie auf den Bildern! Die Sauberkeit ist spitzenklasse, die Reaktionszeit von Fabrizio ist wahnsinnig schnell, die Ausstattung ist auch von A-Z alles durchdacht. Der Höhepunkt ist jedoch der unglaubliche Ausblick, jeden Morgen & Abend aufs neue!

Francesca du Green holidays est une hôtesse merveilleuse toujours disponible de très bon conseil, chaleureuse et bienveillante nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison . Concernant l’hébergement rien à redire super équipé, très propre convient parfaitement pour une famille de 4 personnes. Grande terrasse couverte avec barbecue.Accès à la piscine sans restrictions et au jacuzzi,tout deux également très bien entretenus avec de beaux extérieurs.tout est mis à disposition pour passer un fantastique séjour 😍 le logement se trouve à proximité du centre ville et des plages nous le recommandons vivement un des meilleurs logements que nous avons visité jusqu’à présent grand merci à Francesca et sa magnifique famille. Sehr saubere und geräumige Wohnung, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht für einen entspannten Urlaub. Olga ist super nett und zuvorkommend und hat sofort auf jeden Anfrage reagiert. Die Gegend ist ok, der Strand ca. 1 km entfernt. Zu Fuß mit Kinderwagen bzw. Kleinkindern eher mühsam zu erreichen, daher sind wir mit Auto zum Strand gefahren. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Olga mieten.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Francesca et son mari était aux petits soins pour nous. Très accueillants et agréables. Le logement est très bien. Il faut la voiture pour balader mais nous étions à quelques kilomètres du port et de la plage. La ville de castellemare est super chouette et vivante. La piscine est chouette 😁

Lorenzo and his family were such wonderful hosts. Warm, Friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this home!

J'y retournerai ! Aller y les yeux fermés ! 👍 Durant mon séjour, Laura était toujours souriante, disponible, le cœur sur la main et parle Français, Anglais et Italien. Une excellente rencontre ainsi que celle de son fiancé qui m'ont prêté un vélo pour que je puisse me déplacer plus facilement car je n'avais pas pris mon permis. Cinisi : restaurants, pizzerias, charcuterie, cinéma, vendeurs de glaces, bar, tabac...et supérette (Despar) à 5min à pieds du domicile et supermarché "Conad" à 1km. Encore plus beau que sur les photos, avec une très belle vue sur la montagne, magnifique ❤️ Plages superbes à 2km (la Praiola et Magaggiari) et sont gratuites. Peu de monde, du jamais vu ! La ville voisine Terrasini est incontournable, très belle localité, avec plus à faire et visiter. Palerme, 30min en train pour 5€ (Piraeneto - Palermo Centrale). Cinisi - Piraeneto 1,80€ le bus depuis la gare Cinisi-Terrassini. 5/5 je n'ai pu qu'être triste en quittant la Sicile et mon hôte. Parfait 👍

Wir haben vier Wochen in der Villa verbracht und waren begeistert. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und liebten es, jeden Morgen mit der Sicht auf das Meer aufzuwachen. Wir hatten regelmässigen Kontakt mit Marilena, sie war enorm hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants und die Umgebung gegeben. Wenn wir Probleme hatten (z.B. haben wir einmal das Gas aufgebraucht), hat sie sich umgehend um eine Lösung gekümmert. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, daher schätzten wir den kleinen Rasen vor dem Haus. Es ist notwendig ein Auto zu haben, sonst ist es etwas umständlich von A nach B zu kommen. Das Haus hatte alles, wie es auf den Bildern gezeigt wurde. Teilweise hätten wir uns in der Küchenausstattung noch etwas mehr gewünscht (z.B. ein zweites Schneidebrett, Sparschäler, Müslischalen etc.), wir konnten uns aber gut arrangieren. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder sehr gerne vorbei, danke vielmals, dass ihr uns eine so tolle Zeit ermöglicht habt :-).

Que dire..c’était un séjour parfait! On était 6, 4 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge. Le logement était équipé de tous les conforts et proche des thermes de Segesta. Francesca était très présente et disponible pour toutes nos requêtes ! Je conseille vivement et .. c’est certain.. j’y retournerai !
