Immerse yourself in the vintage and modern contrast of this completely renovated house, which belonged to my grandmother and is full of memories. In a completely Mediterranean style, "Binidittu" offers a pleasant typical Sicilian stay. The loft has original vintage furniture while maintaining an innovative, functional and modern design. The terrace is intended for common use with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a small gym, and an outdoor relaxation area with sofas. Upon arrival of the guest, we give directions and take a quick tour of the village. We are available for any request... The loft is 300 meters from the highway exit. Casteldaccia is a small town by the sea located between Palermo and Cefalù, a few minutes from the ruins of Solunto and the eighteenth-century villas of Bagheria. In the historic center of Casteldaccia, you can stroll through the streets of the town and be immersed in the colors and scents of Sicilian culture. Nearby there are various bathing beaches and free beaches. However, it is preferable to have a car with you or rent one to be able to move around without being tied to public transport or train schedules.

Upon entering our apartment, you'll find our bedrooms on your right. They are simply and comfortably furnished. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning and a smart TV. Next to the bedrooms is the guest bathroom. The hallway leads to the living room, a comfortable space for conversation, planning your city trips, or simply relaxing and soaking up the colors of the large painting. Our sofa, if needed, converts into a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. Next to the living room is the master bathroom, complete with all the necessary amenities and a large walk-in shower. Finally, the kitchen, a cozy space for spending time together.

Upon entering, you’ll find a bright living area with a double sofa bed, a 55” TV with Netflix, and a stylish bookshelf. On the right, there’s a bedroom with a king-size bed and spacious wardrobes and TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, stovetop, kettle, toaster, blender, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. The apartment also features an anteroom with a laundry area (washing machine and dryer) and a bathroom with a large shower.
