The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

The immediate proximity to the sea allows you to easily walk to the beach made of fine sand suitable especially for children. The villa has two double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Outside, large spaces, both at the front of the house and at the back with an additional built-in kitchen, bathroom and shower. Two covered verandas and a large garden. Free wi-fi unlimited.

It is accessed by walking for about 30 meters, a private condominium road uphill. The villa is located on the Addaura seafront, the northern coast of Sicily a few km from the center of Palermo and the beaches of Mondello and Vergine Maria. The sea can be reached via an access point located 70 meters from the Villa across the road.
