Cottage vacation rentals in Palermo

Just perfect. There were so many small thoughtful details of equipment that made our stay feel like we’re staying at a real home rather than an half empty Airbnb. The photos looked already promising but we were shocked that the house looks even better in real life! The cars didn’t bother us much, as you can just close the doors if you want complete silence.

Flora’s elegant garden was nothing short of spectacular. It was beautiful and truly elegant. It was the perfect getaway with incredible views and in a great location for walking locally or going on day trip to mondello beach or see the city of Palermo and so much more. Flora was flexible with our check-in and so helpful with local recommendations. Definitely a memorable stay. The entire place is homey and cozy, and the outdoor area is perfect!! Thank you Flora!!

Loved the place in Terissini. Was clean and as described. Dario was great and made us feel comfortable.

We were five girlfriends from Sweden who spent four days in this amazing villa. Incredibly friendly and helpful host. The accommodation was very private and with an absolutely stunning view, right on the beach. No typical tourist spot but it felt genuinely Italian. Unique accommodation. There were more villas that shared in the pool area but all the villas were privately demarcated which meant that you didn't notice by other guests. The beach was nice and snorkeling right outside the house. Awesome sunset! You need to have a car when you live here, but in the day you can walk into the city center but in the evening you should drive a car home. Several vineyards nearby and also proximity to several cozy cities and the opportunity to visit different islands by boat which was fantastic. Michelle was very nice and helpful with many tips. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful villa with every comfort and very clean. From the bedroom directly into the beautiful garden with its own outdoor shower. Cozy kitchen where we loved cooking. Great conservatory that can be completely opened to the spacious and covered veranda. Small but nice bathroom. The villa is not visible from the street. You can enjoy complete peace and privacy. For us, these last four days of vacation were absolute relaxation and pure enjoyment. Thanks for the time we were able to spend here!

Guisis house is very spacious and has everything you need. Especially the AC in 2 of the 3 rooms were really necessary during our stay (mid-July). The house and its location allows a lot of privacy. We had rental cars so it was easy for us to get there. The beach next to the house was also lovely, easy to access and very clean, and not as crowded as most of the tourist beaches around Palermo. Guisi was very kind, proactive in the communication and very helpful in all aspects.

Our stay at Pietro’s cottage was lovely! We enjoyed the private garden with outdoor shower and an amazing view of the island. Pietro was an amazing host who gave us a warm welcome. He put a lot of effort in supporting us with personal recommendations on any request we had. We would definitely come back! Iason & Eva

Small rustic residence, out of the way, in a green and very pleasant setting. The accommodation was functional and pleasant. We really enjoyed the flower garden with beautiful orange trees and the superb sea view. It has an outdoor kitchen with a very nice large family table. The bedding was comfortable, very nice also to have 4 bathrooms. Very good accommodation for 10 (the 11th is a bit of camping). Attention, access is a little difficult, through small narrow and stoned streets, where it is extremely difficult to meet two cars. One out of three GPS access doesn't land in the right place. Negatives: no hot water at the kitchen sink and no tea towels, neighboring dogs (outside) who bark a lot, even at night.

We loved this country house, a super cozy and quiet environment to enjoy as a family. The house had all the amenities, 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a large living room in which to play pool and watch a movie, a very rustic kitchen and a very cool terrace with views of the countryside and a wood-burning barbecue that we really enjoyed for preparing dinners. Roberto gave us all the directions, making the arrival very comfortable, and was always attentive to our messages. The road to the house is clear, although rural. The house met all our expectations and we would definitely choose it again.

This place is magic, we are so happy we booked this, we felt like in a romantic novel, the garden is amazing, all the plants, trees, and green makes you feel at home, the pool area with the view is outstanding, make sure you will enjoy at least one sunset. The apartment was super cozy, furnished and decorated with sophisticated artistic style, we simply loved every detail from the floor to the ceiling. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom had a hair dryer with diffuser (this is essential for a curly girl :)) The kitchen was also well equipped. Rachel was very nice, silently cleaning around the house without disturbing our privacy. We would love to come back again.

We have been here many times before and will definitely be back for hopefully many more years. Monica, Paolo and the rest of their family and team are an absolute delight and the place and surroundings are like a dream. Views you’d never known could be real and not just a dream, the surroundings of this gorgeous area of Sicily are to die for and all that paired with being extremely welcoming and putting so much love and passion into making this the perfect holiday destination. We can’t wait to be back. Thank you so much again for everything, Monica!

We enjoyed it very much. The accommodation is in an absolutely quiet location with a fantastic view over the city. We spent hours sitting on the balcony and admiring the scenery. Everything was also as described in the accommodation. Everything clean and working. The only point of criticism is the somewhat difficult journey, as you have to err on very steep narrow roads to find it. But Marta also helped us very well there and described the way to us until we were there!
