Besides being beautiful, clean, comfortable with a great location it has an incredible home vibe which is hard to find sometimes in other peoples places. A perfect vacation for me when you are thousands of miles away IS when you have a cozy home like place to wind down from an amazing day. Thank you Fabio and Bauty and Tery!

We had a wonderful stay in this truly unique and atmospheric apartment. The interiors are even more beautiful in person... from the richly painted ceilings to the bold colour palette and vintage touches, everything feels both curated and full of character. The living room was spacious and comfortable, the bedroom serene and well-designed, and the bathroom was a highlight with its 1940s tub and gallery wall charm. One of our favourite things was the host’s incredible music collection; such a thoughtful and personal touch that added so much to the vibe of the space! We felt right at home. The location was ideal for exploring Palermo, and check-in was smooth and well-communicated. Overall, we’d absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting an elegant, soulful, and memorable base in Palermo.

Fausto was a fabulous host who made us feel at home both in his apartment and in Palermo generally. He checked in regularly to make sure all was ok and was kind enough to send us a long list of places to eat. His enthusiasm for his beautiful country was infectious and the view from the roof terrace truly is magical!

A group of 3 couples we loved staying at Caterina's gorgeous house. Stunning location in a peaceful area with private beaches and stunning walks. Caterina is the perfect host with everything supplied including thoughtful pantry and personal items and an awesome kitchen full of great cooking appliances. wonderul deck for afternoon relaxing. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Perfect location in Palermo and I hat a view! Right across from the Palermo Cathedral and all the historic sites but away from the craziness of cuatro Canti.!

We have just returned from a great 6 nights at Michele and Doriana's apartment after 4 nights in Palermo. The location is brilliant, with a supermarket just 5 minutes up the hill, and a really nice bakery 5 minutes in the other direction (called Le Delizie, great for breakfast but closed on Wednesdays)! The hosts gave really good recommendations on things to see and do, especially the boat trip which we loved! The boat was also €100 cheaper than the one we used in Palermo, and it also lasted an hour longer! The apartment itself was perfect and matched the photos exactly. The terrace at the top was perfect for having a drink at night. The only downside we could find wasn't anything to do with the apartment itself, but it was the noise on 2 or 3 nights coming from the park outside. Many young people were out until 2am playing really loud music, which made it impossible to sleep in the room facing the park. We would 100% stay here again in the future. Thanks for having us!

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

We hebben een week verbleven in de airbnb van Nuccia. De instructies waren vrij duidelijk om naar de airbnb te geraken. De airbnb was schoon en netjes. De plek Cinisi was een makkelijke startplek om andere stadjes te bezoeken.

We had a great time staying at the large spacious villa. A real nice view from the terrace on the pool and sea and garden! Very friendly and helpful host Guiseppe. I can really recommend this beautiful villa!

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. It was spotlessly clean, with a generous provision of towels, a well-kept pool, and great amenities throughout. Jessica was incredibly helpful and always available if we needed anything. We celebrated two birthdays during our stay, and Jessica went above and beyond by surprising us with a dessert cake—it was such a thoughtful gesture that made our time there truly unforgettable. We’re so grateful for her kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

The whole apartment is amazing but the roof top in particular was out of this world! To have the outside space in the middle of the city is a real treat and Stefania’s place is an oasis of calm. It is just off the main thoroughfare so brilliantly located yet very peaceful. We were two couples and there was masses of space to be together and have some privacy when wanted. The kitchen has everything and more and I think belongs to a very good cook! Stefania arranged a taxi from the airport which made arrival smooth - especially as a flight change meant we arrived late and finding the apartment without Andrea’s help would have been much more difficult. We received lots of information in advance and were given tips and suggestions for places to visit and eat in Palermo. Everyone we encountered to do with the apartment was charming and could not have been more help including the friendly neighbour and delightful housekeeper. Thank you so much Stefania. Wish the dogs were included!!

We loved our stay at Marida's and Beppe's place. The little villa's are cozy, comfortable and have all you need. Also for staying with a baby of 11 months old. The garden is beautiful and the pool is the best, with an amazing view. Good to know for young parents, the (non video) baby monitor we took with us reached from our villa to the pool! The location of the stay is a good base to explore several beautiful fishing villages, beaches and of course Palermo. The only downside being that while the closest village is at an okay walking distance, the unpaved road to walk on is not suitable for the average baby stroller. To close off, hosts Marida, Beppe (and Bonbon!) are very friendly and thoughtful hosts. With a very interesting background in science and art, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks for having us!

Vi var här med vår ett årliga barn och det var en superbra vecka. Allt som vi behövde fanns och alla rum och ytor var fina och mysiga. Mette-Marit och Guiseppe var supervänliga och trevliga. Kommer rekommendera detta till mina vänner!

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in Francescas Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und sehr gut vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen. Viele Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in direkter Nähe. Dadurch kann es abends aber auch etwas lauter werden. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse ist einmalig. Auch die Kommunikation mit Francesca war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würde wieder hier übernachten.

Wish we could stay longer and hope we can come back! Spectacular outlook from this beautiful place. So much history! It was the perfect base and easy access by foot to any sights. Peaceful yet you felt in the thick of colourful Palermo also. Kind and friendly host. Just book!!!!

Appartamento molto carino e ben arredato proprio dietro Palazzo Butera. Posizione comodissima leggermente defilato dal caos del centro storico ma vicino a piedi a molte bellissime zone, tra cui lungomare davanti casa per fare jogging. Check in e check out operati con flessibilità. Non abbiamo usato la cucina quindi non saprei dire quanto accessoriata, sicuramente ci sono macchina del caffè, frigo, tazze bicchieri etc

Exceptional apartment, walking distance to all the sights and food. Very comfortable place with everything you would need. And yes the balcony view was fantastic, especially early morning and sunset. Antonio was a great host, reliable and communicated promptly. Palermo is a vibrant city and we loved it! Love to come back and stay again!

The apartment was wonderful, even nicer than the pictures and was so great to relax in after long days of exploring Palermo. The location was perfect just away from the crowded streets but central enough to walk every where including the station. It’s in a lovely square with a great bar and friendly staff that we enjoyed going to everyday! There is loud music from the bar until late in the evenings on fri & sat only but this wasn’t a surprise to us as other guests had mentioned it and it didn’t bother us. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar! Salvatore und seine Familie sind super gastfreundlich – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Als wir ankamen, stand bereits ein köstliches, von der Mama frisch gekochtes Essen auf dem Tisch – so herzlich und aufmerksam! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage im Herzen von Palermo ist unschlagbar. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a great stay at Giacinta’s place. We were able to drop our bags and check in early which was really helpful as we had an early flight. Giacinta and her husband were also so lovely and helpful with restaurant recommendations, and a bottle of wine. The apartment was spacious, lovely balcony, well positioned for walking to the historic centre and the main train station. A great stay - thank you!

The apartment is very spacious and spotlessly clean. It is very quiet and the little park opposite is like a little oasis in the middle of the city. There are lovely little bars and restaurants just a few minutes away but you don’t hear any noise from them. It’s easy to walk everywhere and Chiara has some very good recommendations for places to visit. Chiara is very responsive and was extremely helpful when the bad weather badly disrupted our travel plans. Highly recommend staying here.
