The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

The next bus stop and a supermarket can be found in immediate vicinity. Bikes can be rented for an additional fee. The cottage is suitable for 2 people and offers a living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house can be heated with electrical heaters, a heat pump or a wood-burning oven.

Päärakennuksessa asuu kolmihenkinen perhe. Iin kunta on tunnettu kulttuurista ja taiteesta ja majoittaja Minna osaa halutessanne kertoa Iin historiasta, nähtävyyksistä ja kulttuurista. Iin palvelut ovat lähellä ja Ouluun 30min ajomatka. Asunto on kauttaaltaan remontoitu keväällä 2024.

From the backyard of the cottage you can access the jogging trails, the ridge terrain and the edge of the sinkholes. Illuminated ski trails can be found about 100m away. Nearby Rokua National Park, Rokua SPA (4km) Suitable for hikers, families and those seeking peace.
