Parking space in the yard. Good dog jogging terrain. Hand towels and seat covers are included in the price. For an additional fee, you can get bed linens + bath towels for 5 euros per person. Sauna drinks in the refrigerator and coffee/tea in the cupboard are free. Breakfast is available upon request in advance for 5 euros per person. Allergies are taken into account, and there is no additional charge for them :)

In a quiet location close to good transport connections, a two-room apartment in a new apartment building. Kitchen with basic equipment, bedroom with double bed. In addition, an extra bed can be made, and a baby cot and high chair are available on request Easy to exit the highway to the apartment and free warm garage parking for the car. Shops: Lidl 200m (electric car charging, another charging in Neste's yard 300m), S-market 3 km (open 24h) and City-market 4 km. Oulu city center can be reached by bus (stop 200m) or by car 10 min.

Cooling air source heat pump. A large glazed balcony with a dining area for four. There is a work area and two beds in the sleeping quarters/they can be joined to form a double bed. A good mattress can be brought for the third guest on the floor of the living area OR a travel cot for a child. Restaurants, shopping and attractions are a 10-minute walk away.

Accommodation facilities are for one and only occupied by the person who made the reservation. In Finland's best selected residential area of Karjasilta, near the center of Oulu (about 2 km).
