A small 36 sqm two-room apartment on the top floor with its own bedroom. There is an elevator in the house. The apartment has an electric lock. Private small balcony. Two 90x200 mattress beds in the bedroom. Plus two loose mattresses. Bring your own linen. You can rent them from me at a low price of 7€/person/accommodation. Toilet/shower room with comfort heat on the floor. Here the spirit of the old apartment building has been preserved. Small grocery store 100m. Oys, railway station, Raksila markets and the center about a kilometer away.
