Parking space in the yard. Good dog jogging terrain. Hand towels and seat covers are included in the price. For an additional fee, you can get bed linens + bath towels for 5 euros per person. Sauna drinks in the refrigerator and coffee/tea in the cupboard are free. Breakfast is available upon request in advance for 5 euros per person. Allergies are taken into account, and there is no additional charge for them :)

In a quiet location close to good transport connections, a two-room apartment in a new apartment building. Kitchen with basic equipment, bedroom with double bed. In addition, an extra bed can be made, and a baby cot and high chair are available on request Easy to exit the highway to the apartment and free warm garage parking for the car. Shops: Lidl 200m (electric car charging, another charging in Neste's yard 300m), S-market 3 km (open 24h) and City-market 4 km. Oulu city center can be reached by bus (stop 200m) or by car 10 min.

The price includes a service fee; you don't pay for it separately. Spacious modern studio with a sauna in a quiet building in the downtown area. Free parking in the carport. Cooling air source heat pump. A large glazed balcony with a dining area for four. There is a work area and two beds in the sleeping quarters/they can be joined to form a double bed. A good mattress can be brought for the third guest on the floor of the living area OR a travel cot for a child. Restaurants, shopping and attractions are a 10-minute walk away.
