Despite of being located in the town centre, next to the bustling promenade full of boutiques, bars and restaurants, the apartment is on the 5th floor remains discreet and peaceful and is accessed by a quiet lift. The flat is only few minutes walk from the Lido Centro station, from where trains are running to central Rome.

J'ai reçu un très bon accueil et ai passé un bon moment à Ostia grâce au papa de la demoiselle qui m'a accueilli. Pas de chance pour moi il y avait des travaux dans l'appartement du dessus pendant mon séjour, rien qui ne soit dépendant de mon hôte :-)

Our experience at this apartment was truly exceptional. The location on Piazza Anco Marzio is unbeatable—just 150 meters from the sea and right in the heart of the pedestrian area, filled with charming restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment is bright, beautifully decorated, and clearly renovated with care. We especially loved the terrace, which was perfect for relaxing any time of day! The space had a modern, clean aesthetic with thoughtful touches throughout, including striking black and white travel photography. The modern bathroom was a great bonus! Christian went above and beyond, providing a generous walk-thru and welcome kit that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Schöne Wohnung in absoluter zentraler Lage. Man muss wissen, dass es 70 Stufen bis zur Wohnung sind. Tolle große Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer durch die zentrale Lage natürlich nachts am Wochenende, nicht leise was nicht so gut war, war das zweite Bett ( die die ausziehbare Couch war, nicht optimal für den Rücken) alles klar Kühlschrank Gefrierfach…. Wir sind mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen zur Wohnung gefahren und zurück und haben uns vor Ort mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fortbewegt. Schwimmen waren wir dann am Bagno Batitsta.

El apartamento de Alessia es más hermoso de lo que se ve en las fotos. El edificio es nuevo y tiene un ascensor grande. Las camas son cómodas, tiene un balcón gigante y es un lugar silencioso al lado de la playa. Alessia es una gran anfitriona y nos ayudó con preguntas referentes al lugar. Sin duda un apartamento recomendable.

Doskonałe miejsce. W mieszkaniu zapewniono wszystko czego potrzeba a nawet więcej. Łazienka wyposażona w środki czystości, płyn do prania i płukania, kuchnia we wszystko co niezbędne. Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste i estetycznie urządzone. Kontakt z gospodarzem miły i bez problemu. Do mieszkania bardzo łatwo jest się dostać z Fiumicino, przystanek jest przy samym wejściu do budynku. Miasteczko pełne restauracji z pysznym jedzeniem. Bardzo blisko do supermarketów. Łatwo jest się również dostać do Rzymu i pozwiedzać, to tylko 40 minut metrem. Pobyt wspominam wspaniale i jeśli wrócę do Ostii to z pewnością ponownie wybiorę ten obiekt. Bardzo dziękuję i pozdrawiam gospodarza!
