Our experience at this apartment was truly exceptional. The location on Piazza Anco Marzio is unbeatable—just 150 meters from the sea and right in the heart of the pedestrian area, filled with charming restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment is bright, beautifully decorated, and clearly renovated with care. We especially loved the terrace, which was perfect for relaxing any time of day! The space had a modern, clean aesthetic with thoughtful touches throughout, including striking black and white travel photography. The modern bathroom was a great bonus! Christian went above and beyond, providing a generous walk-thru and welcome kit that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment in an absolutely central location. You have to know that there are 70 steps to the apartment. Great large roof terrace with sea views through the central location, of course, at night on the weekend, not quiet, which was not so good, was the second bed (which was the pull-out couch, not optimal for the back) everything clear refrigerator freezer compartment…. We took a taxi from the airport to the apartment and back and traveled by public transport on site. We then went swimming at Bagno Batitsta.

Excellent place. The apartment has everything you need and even more. Bathroom equipped with cleaning products, laundry and fabric softener, kitchen with everything you need. The apartment is very clean and aesthetically decorated. Contact with the host is nice and easy. It is very easy to get to the apartment from Fiumicino, the stop is right at the entrance to the building. A town full of restaurants with delicious food. Very close to supermarkets. It is also easy to get to Rome and explore, it is only 40 minutes by subway. I remember the stay wonderfully and if I return to Ostia I will certainly choose this property again. Thank you very much and best regards to the host!
