You are welcome to book our house at a discounted "try-on" price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and is now 98% complete. All functionality is ready, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

The forest is just around the corner with nice trails. There are bicycles to borrow for excursions. Charcoal grill available for nice barbecue evenings! 5-minute walk to the train, and 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. (Cost for train about 3.5 Euro) TV with Chromecast. Free WiFi. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest swimming lake, and by bike it is about 7 minutes.

You will love Bagarstugan because it is secluded, homely, quaint and historically located next to a former Viking trail as well as Uppland's largest ancient from the Viking age at walking distance. Barbecue and outdoor furniture. Bagarstugan is good for couples and families (with kids). (Child discount up to 12 years are provided upon demand.)

The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

You can even choose to have a warm water or cold in the tub. In the main house you find a nice and easy-to-use fireplace to make your evening cozy and warm. The beds are comfy both in the main- or in the guest- house. Start your morning with an excellent coffee, made in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy the rest of the day around.
