Det här är lite som att bo i båt - en vanlig kommentar vi fått! Studion är relativt nybyggd, matplats för sex, komplett kök, badrum med tvättmaskin och två sovrum med tydligt marin känsla i New Englandsstil. Planlösningen är öppen men sovrummet med dubbelsängen har ändå en viss avskildhet. Bakom en massiv teakdörr från ett Simrishamnsfartyg finns en sovalkov med fyra enkelsängar med draperier att dra för. Sängplatserna har läslampor och eluttag för laddning. Laddbox för elbil. Bastu och pool.

Open Fields Lugnet i utkanten av Österlen

L-format hus i underbara lövestad i utkanten av Österlen. Fridfull plats med öppna fält som granne. Huset är öppet upp till nock. Sommartid finns pool och vintertid bjuder det på två kaminer, vedeldad bastu och vedeldad hot tub. Grillplats, parkering, stor grönyta och nära till skog och mark. Öppen yta på botten plan med vardagsrum och kök. Toalett, badrum och 5 sovrum på botten. 3 öppna mezzanin våningar med flygande trappor till 3 sovrum. Dessa mezzanin rum är öppna utan dörrar eller räcken.

Slottet - Täppet Åhus

Åhus har det mesta att erbjuda under sommaren, Beachfotboll - Beachhandboll, Sandstränder i världsklass och restauranger o barer så det räcker. Boendet på Slottet är beläget ca 1,5km från Åhus Seaside och stranden i ett extremt lugnt område på Täppet. Huset har generösa ytor med totalt 4 sovrum, 3 badrum, uteplatser, utekök, uterum, pool etc. Det finns 4 sängar (bredd 120, 140 & 180 cm) men sovplats för upp mot 10 personer med extrasäng/madrass/soffa. Poolen är såklart uppvärmd till 28 grader.

Der er TV med Chromecast og Apple AirPlay. Gå en hyggelig tur langs vandet mod smukke Allinge og spis på et af de to røgerier i byen eller tag med hjem. Der er parkering lige ved huset. Der går bus lige ved huset til og fra Rønne mv. Opladning af elektrisk bil er desværre ikke muligt. El-forbrug inkluderet (max. 20 kWh pr. døgn).

Du når snabbt Öresundsregionen; Malmö (80 km) och Köpenhamn (110 km). Skåne bjuder på mycket av aktiviteter, kultur, gårdsbutiker, loppisar och inte minst, god mat.

We are surrounded by forests and some of Swedens best beaches, hiking & biking trails. ​ Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.
