Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Attic in wonderful 19th century courtyard

If you like old charm, then welcome to the attic at Bergåsa! The house consists of 3 apartments. 2 on the ground floor, and this attic. In addition, a large terrace, with partial views of the sea. From there, a staircase leads down to the garden. There are also stairs in the house, not the best for small children. Two bedrooms, and extra mattress by the stairs. Open kitchen, and dining area, dining room, small bathroom. A little worn with charm. My sister, mom and I also live on the property. A nice cat can come to visit.

This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk.
