Large garden. Surrounding area consists of beech and spruce forest. Located at Verkeåns nature reserve with hiking trails. 10 minutes by car to beach Haväng/Vitemölla. Bring your bike and jogging shoes and get out! Note: Dog has been in house! And neighbors are there, but they are few. Some traffic.

The house is located in the middle of Skåne and if you take the car on a day trip you can reach all corners of Skåne in about 1-1.5 hours. Here you can enjoy watching movies, listening to music, playing games or you are out in the garden or in the woods. Take the car and you have Åhus fine sandy beaches 1 hour away. Architect-designed little house in Baskemölla in Österlen. Immaculate inside 2023. Close by is the sea and a great nature. Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north you take the wonderful promenade in the footsteps of Carl von Linnaeus towards the fishing community of Vik.
